Harper Williams was a smart child she loved to read, write and be social but she was never really popular that was mainly based on the fact that she was raised by Hubie Dubios ( the town's so-called maniac) since the age of 5. You see Harper's mother died during childbirth yet her father never held that against like some other parents do even if she did blame herself. After he died in a car crash when she was 5, she was left with no one ; but there was the Dubios' so Hubie and his mom took her in and raised her as their own.
