We had left the house and were walking around this mall that was near the cabin to start this so called 'date' and I was a bit nervous to what Naomi was gonna plan today, I hope nothing much than just a simple day of activities."So what do you want to do today Naomi" I asked looking around at the decorations that made the place look a little more lively."Well that I do not know yet but I do have one simple request if you will kindly oblige" she asked,"Yeah sure what is it" I smiled."If you can without feeling guilt,could you call me Darling today" chills ran down my spine again,I've only called 02 that but she really wanted to be called that for a long time so I guess I'll have to bear with it for just today."I will happily oblige...Darling" I smiled,I could see her reaction on her face was filled with excitement and happiness when she heard that,"I've been waiting for years to hear that" she smiled wrapping her arms around mine."So have you looked around and decided what you wanna do first" I asked,"Hmm we haven't eaten breakfast yet so shall we go do that as the first activity of the day" she suggested."Sounds great" I smiled and we walked to this restaurant to go and eat breakfast,we were walked to our table and there was almost no people so we were able to order our food fast."So how has life treated you these last few years Y/N" she crossed her arms on the table and looked at me directly,"Well you know it's been stable,just a few fights here and there and almost getting caught" I slowly sipped on my water as her face was blank."Isn't so bad,I'm lucky to be here sitting right across from you" I rested my head on my hands and smiled,"You really have changed" she laughed,"I have a reason why I called you flower,you were so shy and delicate and always lost fights because you always wanted to talk it out" she smiled looking at her water."I guess I did become a completely different person" I laughed,"Which would you have preferred now, me or your flower" I looked at her and she blushed deeply,"U-umm well the way you are now is just fine b-but then again back then I loved taking care of you b-but you always ended up getting hurt by being so soft b-but now you can defend yourself and still be as soft as ever" she was talking at 100 miles per hour making me laugh a little."So your saying current me is good" I asked,"Y-yes but I liked it when I was able to comfort you 24/7 since you were so delicate like a cat" she blushed as she smiled,I sighed as I grabbed her hands."Then I will try my best to make that a reality" I kissed her hand making her squeal making me giggle as my lips were still on her hand.Our food soon arrived and we began to eat and talk about what's been happening these last few years before she even knew I was still alive."So your saying you've been in hiding ever since you left,I wish the world wasn't cruel and they would have left you alone" she sighed,"Well that's when I learned to manipulate the mind so now nobody here thinks I have these" I said pointing to my horns."You've learned to grow them as they get stronger" she was playing with my hair while touching the horns,"Did anything ever happen to you while we were together outside the garden,my memory's still a bit fuzzy from those times" I asked."I mean if you wanna talk important memories it would have to be that moment under the tree where you promised me" she answered,"Well I remember that but did any changes happen after I left like anything related to my demon side" I asked."No where did you get that idea" she tilted her head in confusion,"Well in that story you always loved so much the prince ingested some of the beast's blood and slowly throughout the years he becomes like that beast, if those rules apply to reality then I'm asking you if you ever had to do that" I asked."Well there was that time you scraped your knees and I had to lick the blood to stop it from spilling but after that nothing much happened, no changes to my body" she answered."Then you must have not ingested enough for it to take effect" I thought about it for a second and was puzzled,even if she did ingest a little there should be some subtle and little changes."How do you know about that blood stuff" she asked,"It was part of the experiments they did on me,injecting my blood into test subjects and sooner or later boom there like me but they were like animals,and they were eventually killed because they didn't live up to the standard of human" I sighed."Well you'll be glad to know that I have not changed and I'm still the same person that you escaped with" she placed her hands on top of mine and smiled,"Well I am very glad,and as you can see I'm still the same me but with a tad few changes" I smiled while poking a bit of my food."Now say ah" she opened her mouth and I fed her some of my breakfast,we finished up eating and headed out to go look for things to do and she seemed to be having lots of fun,gotta remember not to step my boundaries otherwise I'll be long gone."Where do you want to go next hm" I asked,"Well maybe I was hoping you would like to try the arcade around the corner" she suggested,"There's an arcade here" I exclaimed."Well of course and judging by your enthusiasm I'll take that as a yes" she laughed,"Very much so" I smiled so she grabbed my hand and dragged me towards the arcade full of flickering lights and many different age video games that was two floors tall it almost seemed like a dream.She walked me around the place letting me gawk at the amount of games that we could play to our hearts content,"So something catch your eye yet" she giggled,"Did I make it look obvious" I chuckled."Well you are here to play to your heart's content" she smiled,"Don't you wanna play some of these" I asked confused,"Well the reason I brought you here was to see you smile and get all excited like a little toddler,reminds me of those good times" she smiled."Plus I'm not that good at video games to be honest" she laughed while placing her hand behind her neck,"Well c'mon I'll teach you how to play" I suggested giving her my hand,"No really believe me I'm fine with just watching you smile and have fun" she put her hands behind her back while blushing."Oh c'mon,I won't have any fun if I can't get to teach you something" I pleaded with puppy eyes and she rolled her eyes and smile,"Ughh fine,your lucky that I can't say no to you" she placed her hand in mine and I walked her to this basic game and started teaching her how to usually play video games.By the end of that lesson she was getting higher scores than mine,she was having fun and laughing,I couldn't help but smile,"Something wrong,did I miss something that game" she dragged me out of my mind with her question."Oh it was nothing,I'm happy to see your having fun and laughing more than ever" she blushed and grabbed my hands."Wow,usually I'm the one that used to make you laugh and smile but now it seems our roles have changed,thank you" she leaned in for a kiss and I gave in,it was warm and soft like it was last night.She broke away and we smiled,"That's one" she remarked,"Didn't think you would remember that rule" I smiled,"Well I don't wanna completely break her ground rules,I have come to terms with what we are and I wouldn't wanna be the selfish person and ruin your guy's relationship" she answered."Well thank you,I'm glad your okay with it,even if it may be just a little bit" I giggled,"Hey I support it all the way,I may be a little jealous but I support you two very much" she muttered as she looked away."Well shall I beat you in some games then" I smirked,"You wish you could beat me now,you may have taught me too much" she said running off to another game.We spent the next few hours winning back and forth against each other,never in my childhood have I seen Naomi laugh this hard and smile so much,it was great to see that smile again and for longer too,it's been so long since that smile meant something to me and now I remember why it meant something.

"What is the score 57-43?" she smirked,"You just got lucky with that last game" I sighed,"Then what about the other 17 hmm" she asked licking a lollipop I got her earlier."I-I was just off my game okay" I pouted,"Awww did my flower lose his skill while playing against me" she teased while smiling,"I was just giving you some confidence" I looked away,she thought she had no skill in video games but I woke up that trait inside her and now she's actually really good."Well still I win,and I got all these prizes for doing so" she held up a bag of candies and little toys she got from booth,"That's mostly candy you know" I pointed,"Well I know I was there,I have a bad sweet tooth,you should know of all people" she smiled while finishing the lollipop."I do remember,the candy that I gave you that day started all of it" I laughed,"Well you are the cause for many of my actions,hey what time is it,wouldn't want to turn you in late" she asked getting another candy.I pull out my phone and check the time and my eyes widen,"It's 8:30" I turn the phone to her and her eyes also widening,"We should probably get going like now" she suggested and I nodded.We start booking it out the mall and to the house,it didn't take us long to get here from the cabin so if we keep this speed up maybe we'll make it in time.We made it out the mall and were on the trail to the cabin,I check my phone for it to reveal it's 8:40 so we were making incredible time.We finally make it outside the house and decide to take a break on the log from last night,"Well that was one hell of a run" I struggled to say without taking a breather in the middle,"Yeah,felt like my legs were gonna give out" she was also panting."But hey we made it,so now we don't get our heads chopped off" I panted getting up from the log,"You think she would do that" she sounded terrified,"From what I saw this morning my theory might not be that far off,so shall we" I gave her my hand."Sadly we should" she accepted my hand and got up from the log,"But before it ends,thank you for today,for so many years I've waited for a day like this and now it's happened so I must thank you and tell 02 I thank her as well" she smiled."We will do" I smiled and with that we entered the house to everyone relaxing around the fire and the kitchen,"Sup guys,were finally home" exclaimed."Welcome back you two,you sound exhausted" Goro pointed out,"Well we had to make our way back in a hurry" Naomi sighed."Hey wheres Zero Two" I noticed she wasn't anywhere when we entered,"She's in your guy's room,she's left a little after you guys headed out and then came back an hour ago and since then she's been in there" Ichigo answered while on her phone."Well I'm gonna go check on her" I went upstairs to the hallway and made it the door,I hope she isn't planning to kill me,I knocked on the door softly."Hey it's me,can I come in" I asked with a soft tone,"Is it only you" she asked,"Yes it's just me" I was a bit confused at that question,"Then yes come in but close your eyes as you enter" she demanded,"Okay then" I opened the door and put my hand over my eyes  and walked in."So why did you want my eyes covered" I walked in slowly and felt something grab my hand,"Just let me lead you" her voice was soft and inviting,I walked around for a bit before turned around and sat down which I suppose was the bed."Okay now you can open your eyes" she giggled,I remove my hand to see she was wearing silk short shorts and a silk tank top and to top it all off she was wearing cat ears."What do ya think" she asked putting up her hands letting out a cat like sound,"I think I'm gonna be up all night,and now I like cats more" I pulled her onto the bed and kissed her lips,I'm so glad to be able to kiss these lips again,to kiss this skin again.I'm back Darling.
