Quirk: lightning wolf
Type: mutation
The quirk is that of a mutation.it give the user two pure black wolf tails and a pair of ears.the user will be able to manipulate a special type of lightning a.k.a black lightning the strongest type of lightning.the user will also be able to manipulate this lightning into what ever they want like perhaps a set of sword.the user will also be able to absorb any type of lightning whether it be natural,man made, even quirks this will make the user much stronger and increase the effects of the lightning.
The user will also gain-much more durable skin, enhanced everything, retractable claws, immunity to lightning and its effects.
