This quirk as said can manipulate elements including time,space as well as dark matter.the user can merge elements in to new thing like how lightning and fire make plasma.the user will be able to manipulate the elements into anything like a sword,dagger or even chains.the user will also be able to control other elemental quirks so if some one with a fire quirk attacked the user the flame's will obey the user even if they are not the user's
Drawback: lots of stamina
