After getting over his nervousness, Iida approached Uraraka while they were walking to the buses.

"Hello Uraraka-san! I look forward to working with you today!" Iida waved his arms enthusiastically, smiling at his close friend and crush.

"Yeah, I'm looking forward to working with you too Iida!" Uraraka held her hand out for a high-five, which Iida returned happily. Jirou looked like she was about to say something, but quickly shut her mouth when she saw Kirishima glaring at her.

The students boarded the bus, all chattering as they made their way to the USJ, where they were going to be training today. Aizawa slept in his sleeping bag in the front seat, with Mineta tied up next to him to avoid him doing anything weird while he was asleep.

Much to Iida's surprise, Uraraka chose next to sit next to him and not Midoriya. At first he figured it was because someone had already taken the seat next to him, but the green haired boy was sitting alone, writing in his notebook as per usual.

"Hello again, Iida-kun!" Uraraka beamed at Iida, her smile blinding his eyes in the best way imaginable. He had never had a crush on anyone, not the way he felt towards Uraraka. He felt his face warm up, and he quickly turned towards the window as he answered her.

"H-Hey Uraraka-san! Glad to see you cheerful as ever!" Iida managed not to stutter too much, hoping his best friend next to him hadn't noticed.

Uraraka continued to go on about school and whatnot, while Iida slowly made his way back to her eyes. They were a captivating pinecone brown, while her hair was a few shades lighter. Her laugh made Iida's heart jump out of his chest, and her silky cream skin glowed in the sunlight. To him, she was an angel. But to her, he seemed to just be class president.

That's what he thought, at least.
