It all started when Charlotte Rose Riddle was born on the sixth of June, 1980. She was the daughter of Tom Marvolo Riddle. She was raised to be strong, cunning, and to know she was Heir of Slytherin from birth. She was spoiled rotten and was deeply loved by her father. When she was eleven, she had begged her father to let her go to Hogwarts, just like her best friend, but he was unsure. He talked with Lucius and decided on a devilish plan so his daughter could go to Hogwarts.

September 1st, 1994

Charlotte was going through the plan in her head  while she, Draco, and Narcissa disapparated to Platform 9 ¾. She was going in as a new student during their fourth school year.

"My name is Charlotte Montague, I am fourteen years old and I live with my aunt, Emilia Montague. Draco Malfoy is my best friend and I am to be befriend Hermione Granger to get closer to Harry Potter."  She thought, and made her way onto the train with Draco and sat down across from him in his favorite compartment in the Slytherin section of the train.

"Even though I'm gonna be in Gryffindor, all your friends know me, right? I've known Pansy, Blaise, Stephanie, and Daphne forever, but is there anyone else?" She asked worriedly. For being the daughter of Voldemort and Bellatrix, she was quite shy and gentle with her favorite people and things.

"Well, there's Theodore but you've met him before. There's also Crabbe and Goyle but they're absolutely rubbish." Draco's accent came through quite thickly. "My mum is going to owl you tonight, to make sure that you're okay."

Charlotte nodded and looked out the train window, noticing they were nearing Hogwarts. She was excited to be here, but also sad that she was only here on a mission.

One hour later, most of the first years were sorted into their houses, and Charlotte was the last to go up.

"Charlotte N. Montague." She walked up and sat down on the stool, letting the professor place the hat on her head.

"Hm. This is very interesting, you see. You may belong in Gryffindor, but you also have potential in Slytherin. You are here for a very important reason. You belong in Slytherin, as the Heir, but you might as well be in Gryffindor all the same." She panicked once the hat said 'mission' but was relieved when she remembered only she could hear it.

"Let it be, Gryffindor!" The hat shouted, and the table with red and gold accents began to cheer for their new housemate. As she began her descent to the table, she winked at Draco.

She sat beside Hermione, "Hello, I hope you don't mind if I sit here? I'm new here." She smiled lightly. "I'm Charlotte, Charlotte Montague."

"Hewwo, Chawotte." Ron mumbled with his mouth full of food.

"Honestly, Ronald! Swallow before you talk," Hermione sighed, "I'm sorry about him. That's Ron, Ginny, and Harry. I'm Hermione." She smiled warmly at Charlotte.

"Professor McGonagall told us we would have another roommate. We can should you around after we eat."

After after the feast, Charlotte went to her shared room with Hermione, Ginny, and Fay Dunbar. She and Stephanie entered the Gryffindor common room, the portrait hole opening after she said the password. They showed Charlotte around their common room and told her the password, and told her how to get up to their dorm. They were going to take her on a tour of the castle to show her around when Harry and Ron stopped them.

"Hey guys, we were just going to take Charlotte around the castle to show her where the classes were and all. Want to come?" Ginny asked.

Harry shook his head and started to speak. "We're going to follow Draco around to see if he actually is a death eater. "

Charlotte widened her eyes and turned to Hermione, who started speaking. "Harry James Potter, will you please stop talking about that git! We have a new friend this year."

Harry grumbled under his breath and walked out of the room, a confused Ron following him.

All Charlotte was thinking how Harry thought Draco was one. Of course, he was going to be one in due time, as was she, but not for another few months.

"Girls, I think I'm just going to unpack and owl my mother to let her know I'm safe. Thank you for today. I'll see you later." She hugged them both and walked upstairs and entered their dorm, and saw her trunk on her bed, with two letters.

She quickly unpacked, using her wand to put her things away and sat on her bed to open the letters. One from Narcissa, as expected, and the other from Draco.

"Dear Charlotte,

I hope you have settled down and have relaxed in your own dorms and have been welcomed greatly. Your mother and I truly miss you. Your father has been working very hard to give you the life you have always wanted. He loves you, Lottie. He really does. Tomorrow, you and Draco will be receiving a letter from your father and a package of sweets from Lucius and I. Tell him that we miss him dearly.

Sincerely,

Narcissa Malfoy"

Charlotte smiled as she read the letter from Narcissa, put it down and opened her note from Draco.

"Meet me in the Room of Requirement ASAP. Tell Blaise to take you there.

-Draco"

She walked downstairs and out of the common room, seeing Blake leaning against one of the walls. "Let's go, Lotts." Blaise smiled when he saw her, ruffling up her hair. She groaned and swatted his hand again, smoothing it down.

"Pace back and fourth three times and think about why you need to go in their. You're all set now." Blaise pat her shoulder and walked away, so she began to do as told. After just a few moments, the large doors revealed themselves and she rushed in so she wouldn't get caught.

"Your mum owled me. She said she missing you dearly, you little mummy's boy, hm?" She pinched his cheeks and smiled. "Now, why am I here? I would much rather be sleeping at this point, my darling friend."

"How is your mission going, you little cockroach?" Draco asked, rolling his eyes.

"I've already befriended the whole group. I share a dorm with Ginny and Granger, plus some weird girl." Charlotte spoke clearly, rolling her eyes. "I'll start tomorrow, it's my first day here. I'll speak to you after lunch, meet me here. Bye, Drakie." She teased him, knowing he hated to be called that after he and Pansy had dated.

Soon, Charlotte was back in her dorm, under her blankets, and sound asleep.
