~~~
Drip drip drip
The pungent smell of gasoline, mingling in the open air along with the dirty smoke. The flames, becoming more and more nerve wracking to watch for the unlucky bystanders. The more unlucky passengers, slowly regaining consciousness ....
"J-Jaewon...."
Woohyuk's voice broke through the screams and clanks of metal from the scenery.
"...Jaewon..."
His bloody hand reached for his friend's unconscious body.
"....Jaewon, wake up kid."
As soon as he turned to fully face his friend, he felt a strong pain coming from his abdomen. He gasped at the sudden force pushing onto his chest. Scared to look down at what was causing this pain, he slowly let his hands reach down to inspect.
"Ah fuck," he began to cry.
What it felt like a metal rod pierced through his body. I can't feel my legs.
The eco of sirines came from afar. It's eerie high pitched sounds slowly being suffocated by the screams of pain coming from Woohyuks mouth. Jaewon didn't seem to wake up.
Woohyuk took deep breaths.
"J-Jaewon"
He desperately tried to move his legs.
"J-Jaewon!"
Woohyuk draped his hand onto Jaewon's shoulder.
"...J-Jaewon please wake up...."
Knock Knock
Heejun and Kangta waited by Tony's door. Jaewon had opted to come along. He'd just gotten out of the hospital, and wanted to rest and spent some time on his own, in the comfort of his own room. He promised to tag along next time they visited Tony, but for now he wanted to be alone.
"Hey" Tony greeted his two friends by the door, "come in."
"I forgot how the inside of your place looked like," Kangta placed some bags by the counter, "but I definitely remember it not being this messy."
He quickly scanned the kitchen. The sink clittlered with plates and bowls of all sorts. Food scattered in boxes all around the stove and kitchen floor. Heejun took a glance at the living room; inches and inches of dust resting all over the furniture.
"What a mess," Heejun tried to discreetly cover his nose to not hurt Tony's feelings. Though it seemed like it didn't work as Tony rolled his eyes.
"Did you guys just come here to judge me or something?"
"No, we're here to help you," kangta opened Tony's fridge, "as I suspected, no food," he began to fill Tony's fridge with groceries he'd bought. Heejun made his way to the kitchen sink throwing out any leftovers, wrappers and cleaning the dirty dishes Tony had accumulated in the past couple of months.
Tony silently sat by the counter, gently stroking the ring on his finger as he watched his friends tidy up his kitchen.
"You need to stop eating take out, it's bad for your health, try cooking once in a while," Kangta turned to face his friend, "no more burgers, okay?"
"....Woohyuk did all the cooking... I don't know how to..."
Heejun and Kangta looked at eachother, battling with their stares to make the other say something. Before they could do anything though, Tony had already made his way back to that damn couch, snuggling next to his giant pup.
