~Chapter 11~ Love Me Like You Do

Why hello, fellow readers and writers so as you know I left the last chapter on a cliffhanger so we'll be starting from there. Hope you enjoy!

Mari's Pov
Bridgette or Marin would have to take the Crown, I mean Alya's sister Nora did it and now Alya is the soon-to-be Queen of Spain 🇪🇸, but I kinda feel selfish I mean what if my siblings didn't want to become Queen or King.

It was my job to make sure everyone was treated fairly, if I give up the crown Bridgette's or Marin's life would be in danger, they were already locked up enough, I was lucky enough to visit the world outside the palace/castle I didn't want my siblings to live in a country where the would have to be locked up in their own home.

"MARINETTE!"

Marinette snapped out of her disturbing thought and found her friends and siblings looking at her worriedly she must have spaced out.

Adrien's POV
After our little laugh, we started a conversation to brighten the room up but we didn't notice that our friend Marinette wasn't even paying attention she was in her little world.

Chloe and Lila on the other hand were still confused and frustrated they still couldn't believe we were royals even after seeing it with their own eyes, who could blame them if someone told me a month ago up till now I still wouldn't believe them.

It wasn't normal to be taken away from your home country because people were after you, I wouldn't want that for anyone else let alone myself, I was already locked up in a cage my whole life and I don't want that for anyone else every generation there was always someone after us either good or bad.

No one is perfect which is why I have been thinking to give the crown to one of my siblings.

Mari's POV
We were all busy thinking the same thing how we would get away from ruling, most people might find it easy or fun but you had to make sure everything was in order you had to make sure you did everything right.

Which was probably why people think females can't rule that was one of the things I wanted to change I want people to know that females can rule with or without a man, we could do anything a male can do even better.

We didn't need a crown or thrown and we most definitely didn't need a man in our lives, I am proud to be called a woman but people thinking I couldn't make it in life without a man was getting overrated and I wouldn't tolerate it.

I wanted to show people that I was good enough to rule, but how could I do that when their are assassins after me I could barely sleep at night because I have to protect both my homes.

It was one of the reasons I even thought about giving up the crown but instead of doing that I will just have to prove those people wrong.

Alya's POV
I didn't know what was wrong with Mari but Juleka texted me  saying since our last pool party was ruined we should take a rain check, then she wrote a whole essay saying why weren't we at the mansion.

I told everyone else and they thought it was a great idea to get everything that was going on out our mind so we decided we were going to spend the rest of the day with our classmates first a pool party than a bit of shopping and a sleepover.

I called on Marinette but she seemed in a whole different world I kept yelling her name then yelled really loudly which caught everyone else of the guard but I managed to get Marinette from her little daydream more or less nightmare she seemed a bit nervous.

She came over to me and gave me a huge hug I was surprised and shocked but then she fainted although before she landed a certain banana head caught her, she wasn't breathing normally she once told me she had asthma so I started checking her purse.
