~Chapter 13~ Adrienette is a Canon

Adrien POV
I was headed back to mine and Mari's room since Bridgette said she wanted me to help make sure she's resting although what I saw or more of what I heard shocked me.

"I'm Ladyb-."

Although she wasn't able to complete her sentence.

"M'lady"

I knew exactly what she meant but before I could do anything she ran out of the room to who knows where Alya just stood their probably shocked and scared who knew what Bridgette who'd do when she figured out her sister wasn't in bed resting, but I didn't care about that right now all that mattered was me finding m'lady.

Marinette's POV
I couldn't face them not any of them so I ran I ran to the closest room but sadly that closest room led me in front of my dear sister and brother.

"Marinette? What are you doing out of bed, oh I am so killing Agreste!"

"No, no Bridgette it's not his fault, kinda."

"Uhh ok, whatever that means so who's fault is it."

"It's no one's fault I just need air it's kind of stuffed."

"Ok, do you want me to come with you?"

"NO, I mean no sorry I gotta go see you later."

"Ok, uh sorry I was just trying to help but if you have time later I would love if we could do something together just probably you, me, and Marin."

"Yh, I would love to do that see you later then?"

"Yh of course!"

Well that wasn't awkward I knew very well Bridgette was just trying to help but she was kinda pushy, I went in an alley and just stood there but then some masked men came out of nowhere and they had a sign of a purple butterfly on their mask they were about to reach out and grab me when someone faked a cough behind them, well that isn't a nice way to treat a lady.

The mysterious person knocked both of them out and that's when I realized it was cat noir or should I say, Adrien.

"M'lady I am so sorry I didn't mean to scare you did those people hurt you!"

"I'm fine Adrien, people need to stop asking me that question I'm sorry I ran out."

Adrien hugged me and rubbed light circles around my lower back while cried softly I felt safe around him, one of the reasons I liked him but he didn't share the same feelings or so I thought.

"It's ok, let it all out you know I love you,
I've always did and always will!"

I pushed away from him I should be happy he said he loved me but I wasn't he didn't love me he only loved my ladybug side nothing more or less.

"NO, no you don't love me you only love me because I'm ladybug." 😭

I couldn't take it anymore I burst down crying how could he, how could he say he loved me, after all, this time I tried I really did but I couldn't take it any more water was rushing towards me by this time Adrien wasn't cat noir anymore.

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng you are the kindest sweetest person I have ever met and whether you believe it or not I love you not just because you're ladybug but because you are you, you are always there for everyone ladybug or not you are m'lady."

Slowly but surely I came down and the water descended, I hugged Adrien and he kissed me on the cheek I was surprised I didn't faint and for some reason, I didn't feel sick anymore I felt stronger I looked at Adrien and I could tell he also noticed.
