Drawback of a powerful quirk

Bakugou is partially deaf because his quirk damaged his ears at quite a young age.
He is fluent in sign language just in case he ever needs it.

When Midoriya found out, he learned sign language for Bakugou because he didn't want him to feel alone in this whole ordeal. Though Bakugou would never outwardly show it, he was grateful that he had someone to learn with.
