"what?" kaylee asked tensing up.

"kaylee you had balls. you came here and stood up to me surely knowing i could have easily killed you in a second." carter explained.

"so? why would i go against all of my friends?" kaylee asked.

"we could use you. i mean look at what has happened to you since you've been with them. your family died, your ex boy toy came back, and cameron, you're sweet boyfriend, the guy you loved is having a baby with another girl." he shifted closer to her.

"you..you killed my family" she mumbled angrily.

"no i didn't"

"yeah, you did carter!" she yelled standing up .

he started laughing.

"i didn't kill your family, you're not a threat, why would i hurt you like that?." he asks.

breaking her thoughts, she hears loud laughing as she looks up and sees two girls about 19 or 18 years old run downstairs.

"SHUT THE HELL UP DESI" one girl laughed running down the stairs. then they both went over to carter and kaylee and jumped on the couches.

"who's this carter?" one of the girls said looking over.

"girls meet kaylee " carter smirked.

kaylee just stood there and gave a small smile.

"m' crystal." one of the girls says shaking kaylee's hand.

kaylee found her very pretty. she had beautiful brown skin with brown eyes and she had a slim but thick figure.

then the other girl came up to kaylee and said "i'm desiree, but call me that and i'll kill you, call me desi." she said half-jokingly.

"now that you've met the brains and dealer."

"wait what do you mean?" kaylee asks stupidly.

they all chuckled.

"i'm the brains of this gang, carter found me when I was a junior in highschool, i was at the top of my class." crystal said proudly.

" you should have seen her she wore these big glasses, and her braces were just --"

"SHUT UP DESI" crystal yelled cutting off desi.

"i'm the drug dealer. i deal the drugs basically. the druggies who have a history of not paying on time. think they can't handle a girl until i kick their asses." she chuckled.

"so, what do you say kaylee?" carter asked.

there was silence for a bit.

"join my gang"

"yeah c'mon kay!" crystal cheeredz

"c'mon kaylee." desi said.

"i don't know." kaylee mumbled.

"okay so then how about we have some fun?" desi smiled.

"yeah let's do something fun" crystal laughed.

"ifyou don't want to join at least just chill with us."

on my way back to the house, cameron gets a phone call.

"cameron.." he hears harsh sobs.

"brooke? are you okay?" he asked pulling over.

"cameron..the baby.." she cries.

cameron froze as he fell his head drop.

"w-what about the baby." he managed to get out.

"t-the baby is gone."

cameron completely freezes as all he hears is the sound of his fast beating heart.

"cam-cameron?" she whispers.

"what do you mean the baby is gone b-brooke?"

"i had s-some pains after talking with you and i went to the nearest emergency room and they..they d-don't know what happened..the baby was a girl and she j-just p-passed away." brooke could barley get out without crying.

what made cameron feel 10x worse is that he had been saying he didn't want this baby for the longest time but when he actually starts to realize he could be father.. he looses his child.

"brooke i'm so sorry" cameron cries.

brooke doesn't say it's okay because it's not. and she's not. so what she does is hang up and leaves cameron to his thoughts.
