If you've made it to this point....

There isn't much for me to say! You finished your first or another shitty book of mine!

Thank you for reading!

Honestly this was a wild ride, and even though I was fighting for my life in the comments while knowing I wasn't shit, I enjoyed it! Doc is one of my favorite Y/N's I'll probably ever write. She was so rude and funny and complex and just- idk I love that nigga.

I struggled with Beys chapters! The shit was hard for me cause I could not get in her head and I couldn't relate to her as much.

But we pushed through and we made it!

So thank you for reading through that.

Fun facts/Throwaway knowledge!

1.

I was originally going to write a prequel..but because it was so short and a certain person didn't want it, I just decided to throw some of it in flashbacks. I did end up writing it though.

2.

Kari and Doc's parents were going to be dead, but for some reason I changed my mind.

3.

Rei wasn't going to exist!

I was going to have Doc date SZA. Then I just so happened to stumble across Dr. June, who originally was going to be Rei, and I changed my mind. When I realized Doc dating Dr. June was outlandish, I found another person and yup.

Favorite character next to Kari.

4.

Most, if not all chapters...I winged it; and I honestly never truly edited.

5.

At one point, I thought about killing Rei and Doc and Bey and Jay, but it wasn't all at the same time. Gabby would've raised the kids.

6.

For Gabby's return I had about five to seven alternatives, each worse than what actually happened. I mean one of them was YN operating on a kid and the kid dying on the table...but when she goes to give the bad news...she finds out it was her and Gabby's kid.

Oof. That would've been lit ngl.

7.

In Chapter Nine during the flashbacks, Bey gives Baby Doc a tiger picture to color. Rei called YN tiger. Which leads to:

8.

I was really a subtle foreshadow legend in this book. If any of you ever reread it, I recommend really paying attention. Like in chapter 11, one of doc's students makes a mistake that Doc says would lead to an uncontrollable leak that would kill the patient...and well.

What's happened to Kari again?

Nah I'm jp. I don't plan shit. It just happens to fit.

9.

The hardest part of this book was making it have a cohesive timeline without too many major time skips. That and making sure it stayed a Bey book to the end.

And yes I consider this a Bey book because I mean, half the damn chapters are in her point of view.
