A/N before the story starts, this is a fictional oneshot based off of real events during WW2. The setting is different, as in real history, it's in Okinawa island, not in Miyagi prefecture, which is on the main island (I did some research, I have notes) here's the video that I watched to learn everything from. (It's the video above) I loved and still love Linfamy's videos on Japanese myths and history and he always makes it funny while also educating you on the past, (go sub to him!) which I really like, I watched this video a long time ago and just remembered about it when thinking of ideas about what to use for this AU and was my main inspiration for this oneshot. (There's also one about what the girls had to experience as well, I'll link it on the top of the next chapter with the actual story) I really enjoyed writing this and I was really excited about writing this story so I hope you guys enjoy it!
