The four lovers were interrupted from their slumber by the door opening. They looked up rubbing the sleep from their eyes seeing some guards at the door.

"Subject red comes with us,"

One of the guards moved forward to try and take Kai, but his alphas all go around him growling at the guard. "Come with us or else," the guard threatens. "Or else what?"

The guard pulls out a button and presses it. Jay, Zane, and Cole all start screaming in pain from the collars on their necks shocking them. Kai tries helping them, but they pushed him away so he wouldn't be hurt. After a long painful minute. The shocking stopped and the three of them were panting recovering from the shocks.

"Come now or they get shocked again," The guard warns his thumb hovering over the button. Kai gave each of his loves a kiss and willingly went with the guards so his loves would not be hurt again.

It was nearly two hours before Kai came back and in that time they had tried so many different ways too escape, but they all ended up in vain. When the door did open Kai was pushed in and he stumbled clutching his stomach. "Careful if that kid doesn't survive the doc will have our heads," A different female guard said leaving with the first one. The other three rushed too his side and Kai was lifted up and placed on the bed. "Did they hurt you? Are you okay? What did they do?" Was what they all asked. Kai waves off the questions before wincing. "I think the baby kicked," Kai answers simply. "Honey your only a month," Zane looked at Kai's stomach seeing it was currently much bigger than before. "They used Tomorrow's Tea on me they want to hurry it along," Kai fills in. "So wait? How far along are you?" Cole asks concerned. "They said around four or five months. They did not want it too be full term in case in causes a miscarriage or I die," Kai responds sadly.

The three alphas looked at each other realizing this just became a whole lot harder. Kai sensed their worry and sat on his knees kissing them each softly. "It'll be okay we'll get out of here before the baby comes you said so," Kai smiles. They smile at him kissing his hand. "Yeah we will," Zane said. Kai's eyes droop and he laid back down falling asleep quickly. They pet his hair as he slept.

"What are we supposed too do? We still have not managed to do to escape and now he is nearly half way through full term," Jay said. "We just need to find a way to send a signal too the others. If they have a signal then we can get out of here," Cole said. "How are we supposed to do that? The only time they ever let us out is when," Jay trails off as they looked at Kai sleeping on the bed. They look at each other. The idea was risky, but they did need to get out of here. Without a word they all laid down on the bed as if going to sleep with Kai on the edge. Zane took a deep breath and spread his body as if stretching in his sleep when in reality he had pushed Kai off the bed. Kai fell off with a loud thump and he woke up screaming in pain a moment later. The three alphas bolted up a moment later acting like they had been woken up by his screaming in pain. They quickly hopped out and rushed too him. Kai was clutching his stomach either in pain or worry and was crying.

He had fallen on his back instead of the stomach, but his body felt in so much pain. Some doors opened and people who were assumed to be doctors came in with a stretcher. Cole without needing to be told carefully lifted Kai up and onto the stretcher. "Alphas? What's happening?" Kai asks. They wince at how soft his voice was while also filled with pain and he also only called them alphas when he was too out of it too really have a care. "Kai baby it will be alright," Zane said soothingly. "Alphas it hurts," Kai whimpers as they began wheeling them out. As expected the doctors allowed Zane, Cole, and Jay out with Kai too keep him calm. When they got too the hospital room dr. Taki was there with gloves and a surgical mask her hair done in a pony tail behind her back. "What happened?" She asks her voice dangerous. "He fell out of the bed," A guard answers as they got Kai onto the table.
