Harry Potter, The Bronze Boy

We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when.

(A/N: I know it is a long title but this part sort of is a time skip from Halloween to James' Funeral. That is why this part is called: We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when.  This song Lily sing's at James' funeral. Wuthering Heights and Over the rainbow are what she sings too Harry at night. Also after this part I'm thinking of doing a time skip to 9 months later. I have included We'll meet again above. Also apologies in advance for the emotional scene. Part will start off at the end of the last part  but then there will be a time skip to after the funeral mainly because I can't write funeral scenes. Sorry for long AN)

Chapter 3:  We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when

"My god Lils."  cried Marlene and Alice running towards their best friend. Who was currently sobbing against an also crying Remus.   Frank carrying Neville ran towards the crying werewolf and dog animagus. 

"I can't believe it." Sirius repeated over and over. "I shouldn't have suggested the switch. I shouldn't have suggested the switch."  Andromeda ran over to Lily to check her over. As Ted wandered over with 8 year old Tonks  behind him to Sirius.  He overheard what Sirius said. 

"Sirius you could not have known. Don't beat yourself up about it. None of us knew. How could we?"  Ted said

Lily who had gained a somewhat steady composure  with tears still falling. 

"Sirius Orion Black you had better not be blaming your self."  Lily said 

"I can't help it Lily.. If I hadn't..." Sirius was not able to finish that sentence as Lily Potter came charging forth and her hand planted itself firmly on the back of Sirius' head.

"Now stop blaming yourself this instant none  of us could've known that Peter was the traitor ." Lily scolded before slapping Sirius' head again. Just then the floo roared.

"Albus I don't think it wise  you come  tonight." Andromeda started before Dumbledore burst through the fire and brushed Andromeda off to the side. 

"Lily, my girl.." 

"Get away from me."  Lily said.

"Excuse me?" 

"Albus get out of my house. Now before I get my boys to forcefully remove you." She said trying to conceal her anger. Her grief over James was now forgotten and replace with anger towards, Peter and Dumbledore.

"Lily, I just want to offer my condolences and also suggest that Harry and you leave the wizarding world until Harry is eleven." 

"Absolutely not." 

"But Lily,  Voldemort has followers out there still and by not leaving the Wizarding World you could be putting Harry and yourself at risk." 

"No matter where we  went we are at risk. He's the boy who lived for the love of god! What benefit could he possibly receive by being in a the muggle world instead of the wizarding world? We are not leaving and if were being honest thanks to you and peter James is dead and my children will be father less." 

"children? Harry is the only child." 

"No Albus I am pregnant! Now get out of my house and don't ever come back. On top of that, I shall not be rejoining the order.  And  you most certainly cannot  use this house as Headquarters anymore!" 

"Lily, I urge you too...." 

"GET OUT!!!!" Lily screamed "You're not invited to James' Funeral either. Sirius and Remus if you could please remove Albus Dumbledore from my house I would be ever so grateful." 

Sirius and Remus came over and started towards the aging headmaster and escorted him to the floo. Albus defeated by  Lily hung his head in shame and flooed back to his office at Hogwarts.  Just when Lily thought she would get no more disturbance's from unwanted people Snape's head popped in the flames.

"Lily. It won't let me in." 

"Of course it won't, this house no longer serves as the headquarters of the order. And you were only allowed in then. Now anyone who has meant harm or means to the harm to my family and the heirs to the Potter family will get ejected out back to where they tried to come from. " 

"But Lily.." 

"Absolutely not Snape.  Incase you have forgotten  me and James defied Voldemort three times and one of those times were when you and Lucius Malfoy  attacked my parents. Now if you would be so  kind as to piss off and don't ever try to contact me ever again."  Lily said and then called an end to the call. 

** Time skip till after James' funeral**

They all  sat around the living room and were talking. Lily decided that she would sing a song she'd played James once when she went on order mission without him. She went to the middle of the room. 

"Erm, I once played this song to James when me, Marlene and Alice went on an order mission. It  is a muggle song. The song is by a muggle  singer called Vera Lynn and she would sing it to the troops in World war 2 and she'd also sing it on the wireless. It's called We'll meet again. You'll have to excuse the fact I'll be singing over Vera Lynn."  She then turned to Alice who played the song.  After an intro of a few minutes Lily began to sing along with Vera Lynn. 

"We'll Meet Again

Don't know where, don't know when

But I know We'll Meet Again

Some sunny day

Keep smiling through

Just like you always do

'Till the blue skies drive the dark clouds far away..." 

She started but found herself unable to finish the song. As she broke down in tears. Vera Lynn's soft vocals continued playing and Marlene went over and comforted her best friend.

"C'mon Lily. I'll take you to your bed" Marlene whispered.  Lily didn't bother to protest she was to exhausted and it was nearly time  for Harry's last bottle anyway. 

"I would like to thank you all. For  coming but I am going to go to my boudoir now so please stay if you like, I am sorry I cannot be much of a hostess tonight." Lily  said before allowing Marlene and Sirius to escort her to her boudoir as she put it.

Lily was sitting in her rocking chair feeding Harry when she heard a humming. A humming so familiar. A humming too human for it to be that of a hummingbird. She looked up and her eyes filled with tears.

"Don't cry Lils." 

"James?" 

"It's me Lils." 

(A/N: Hi, all I know I ended on a cliff hanger and this conversation will continue at the start of the next part but then it will be the 9 month timeskip. Sorry  that it was a long Authors note at the start.)
