So this doesn't count to the original storyline of this one, its just to give some backstory and context on how the trial went before it started, this chapter will also continue on what happened last time.

Now to the story:

At U.A with Ushinawareta and Midoriya

Midoriya: Why did no-one believe me? Im not the Traitor!

As Midoriya was walking towards his dorm, he felt uneasy because people were giving him death-stares and maybe some gossip that he can barely hear. Before he went in the dorms, All Fucker came to him

Midoriya: Hey All Might

AM: Midoriya, why did you betray us?

Midoriya: I didnt betray you guys!

AM: You lying scum, i knew i should've given Mirio OFA, now i have regretted my decision, now im taking back what was once mine

All Fucker plucked a strand of hair from Midoriya (Poor Cinnamon Roll) , He felt all his power left him in that single piece of hair, then AM left, leaving Midoriya crying internally, after that, he went inside the dorms, ignoring everyone. Then he went to his room, falling face first to the bed, as he was crying outside this time, he heard an unfamiliar voice.

"Poor, poor, poor Midoriya.........Losing his qurik.......How sad" The mysterious figure said

Midoriya: Who's There! I-Im not a-a-

"Afraid?" The mysterious figure interuppted, then he came out of the shadows, revealing a figure that resembled death itself

???: Hello young one, what seems to be the issue?

Midoriya: *Afraid and Depressed* N-Nothing is w-wrong, w-whoever y-you are

???: I sense lies in that sentence, c'mon, tell me, maybe i can help you?

Midoriya: A-Alright....

Then Midoriya proceeds to tell everything that has lead to this conversation, the figure couldn't feel happiness in his words, but he was smiling. The figure understood why he was smiling

???: I noticed something

Midoriya: W-What?

???: Your smiling, yet you are sad, how so?

Midoriya: Its nothing

???: Don't lie to me boy, i can kill you y'know?

Midoriya: Alright........The Reason because im smiling...is....well....how do i put this.....I want to make everyone smile and never feel fear or sadness or anything like that.....

The figure was surprised at that statement, he did not sense a little bit of mistruth in those words......

???: Hey kid

Midoriya: What?

???: You have a trial next week right?

Midoriya: H-How did you know that?!

???: Judging by that phrasing of words, its a yes, Kid, I'll be you lawyer in defense, kay?

Midoriya: Thank you, but before you leave, may i ask, what is your name?
