chapter 2

*Sofie's POV*

At the door was Rafael Espinosa. omg...my mom has been dating Matthew Espinosa's dad. That means.... Matthew is the Matthew Espinosa!!

I'm dead. Now I gotta keep my chill.

"Hello. You must be Sophie." Mr. Espinosa said.

"Yes sir. The one and only. Come on in."

They came in and sat on the sofa.

"This is my son Matthew."

"Hi Matthew."

"Hey Sophie. Oh and you can call me Matt."

"Okay"

Matt motioned me to come sit next to him. Holy shit. I'm gonna go crazy.

"Hey I've heard a lot about you and you seem really sweet."

Matt thinks I'm sweet!!

"I have heard a lot about you too." but no from my mom. haha

A few minutes later, my mom came walking downstairs. She looked so pretty.

We all greeted each other and walked to the car. Matt and I had the back to ourselves.

"So...I liked your new youtube video. It was good." I said.

"Thanks. I worked hard on it. I'm guessing you have seen my work?"

"Yeah. My best friend,Lindsey, showed it to me. She is a huge fan."

"Should I follow her on Twitter and Instagram?"

"Yeah! She would love that!"

"Oh and while your at it put your Twitter and Insta in too."

He handed me his phone and i followed both of us on Insta and Twitter.

"Matt do you have anything big things coming up?"

"Yes. I'm most likely moving to LA in about a year or less."

"Thats cool!"

"Let's stop talking about me and talk about you."

Right when i was about to speak I got a text from Lindsey saying: OMG! THE MATTHEW ESPINOSA JUST FOLLOWED ME ON TWITTER AND INSTA!!!!!!

I showed Matt the text and we both laughed. After laughing we took a really ugly selfie and sent it to her.

"Lets talk about you." Said Matt.

"Well I have lived in Virginia my whole life, I haven't talked to my dad in 7 months and Lindsey is like my diary."

"Is there anything else?" He said with a smirk.

we both laughed.

"Not really. I mean I love Shawn Mendes."

"OMG sameee" Matt said.

"Mom can u turn Shawn on?" I said.

"Sure honey."

We jammed out to Shawn Mendes and Jack and Jack until we got to the restaurant.

Lindsey called me and Matt saw it was her so he answered the phone to surprise her.

"Hey Lindsey!"

"OMG Sophie I cant believe this! I have...wait this isn't Sophie..."

"Nope! It's Matt! How are you babe?"

"*screams* OMG. good! Actually Great!"

"Babe I'm sorry i have to end the call so soon but we are at the restaurant. I call you after. Love you!"

"Love you Matt!"

They hung up. We pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car.
