I woke up in my room. It was already really hot and sunny outside."Ugh... it's too bright..."
I groaned as I took a few groggy steps off my bed and shut the blinds, letting the room disappear into nice cool darkness. "Oh, thank Irene, it's a Saturday. I can finally sleep in..."
"Y/N! Come downstairs please!" Mum's voice cut through my thoughts.
"Mum! I'm tired! Can't I just rest? It's a weekend!" I shouted back.
"You've been resting for ages! It's 10 am now! Now come down or I'm coming up!"
"Fine..." I sighed. "What is it?" I quickly got up and made my bed, before I stomped downstairs.
"Your father and I are going out to pick up that jacket you left behind at your friend's place."
"My friend? Ivy is NOT my friend. I know you think I just went over to hang out, mum, but did you not notice how bruised I got when I came back because that SHE-DEVIL and her friend beat me up? I didn't even want to go over... she invited me so that she could bully me again... and steal my jacket. Why is she even giving it back? It's limited edition..."
I cut my thoughts off with a shake of my head.
"Is something wrong?"
"My god, you're dense."
"No, no, it's nothing. How long will you be out?"
"Just an hour or so. I've been wanting to catch up with Ivy's mum for quite some time. You and Ivy get along really well!"
"Have fun! I'll make myself breakfast."
"Good. Bye honey!" I waved goodbye to my parents and went to the cupboard to grab some ingredients for F/B.
"Looks like I'm home alone..."
