Y/N's POV:
I raced to the kitchen, and grabbed a chair. I stood on top of it and lifted the heavy first-aid box off the shelf. Opening it, I pulled out a few band-aids, some antiseptic and other things that I thought I might need. I ran back to the room where the injured boys were, and went to the side of the one who had groaned.
"I'm sorry, I know it isn't enough to help you, but hopefully it can take away some of the pain." I said to him. His eyes were open, and he stared at me, unblinking.
"What are you waiting for, human? Use your magic!" He growled.
"My magic? You must have hit your head or something. Magic doesn't exist." I gazed up at his horns for the first time.
"Those are probably part of a costume. But something about those makes them look so real..." I reached up, tentatively and tugged on them, gently. I heard him gasp, but that didn't matter. They held firm.
"Y-You mean they're real?" I gasped and stumbled away from him, not noticing that his face now resembled a tomato.
"Of course they are, human. Now hurry up and heal me!"
"I don't have magic!" I shouted.
"Don't lie! I can clearly sense a strong aura of magic around you!" I shook my head.
"I'm normal! I'm not special!" I screamed. "I'm. Not. Magic!" It was getting too much for me to handle. I felt dizzy. My eyes closed, and I slumped to the floor.
