"Hey, hey. Wake up. We're here." I felt someone shake me, I groaned and saw Kil's face, "Kil?" I rubbed my eyes, he stifled a laugh, "Here, get on my back," He turns around, I was still half asleep, "Up you go." He tucks his arms under my legs, I laid my head on his shoulder, "You smell terrible," I giggled, "Well, what can I say, we haven't really had a shower in the past two days." He laughs, I kissed his neck, "But you still smell like Kil so I guess you get a free pass." I smiled and closed my eyes again, "Get some rest if you want, I'll wake you up if anything important happens," He turns his head around and kisses the top of my head, "Thanks Kil." I drifted off back to sleep.
"Ahem." Beans clears his throat, "Time to wake up for real now," I felt Kil shimmy me off his back, "Huh?" I looked around, "Where are we?" I saw the air ship docked next to us, "Hello everyone. This is the Hunter Exam's third phase, you'll be competing here on the top of the Trick Tower," Beans explains, "Did you just say the Trick Tower?" I yawned and stretched my arms up, "In order to pass this phase you must reach the bottom of this tower alive the time limit is seventy two hours. And with that, the Exam's third phase will begin." Beans finishes off and claps his hands together, I look at Kil, he just shrugs, I peek my head over the edge, "Looks easy enough," I jumped down, "YUKI!" Everyone screamed, I blew a whistle, "I expected these slugs." I cringed as I saw the Six-Legged Flying Beasts, he opened his sharp jaws ready to eat me, "Don't try me, I'm still tired," I glared at it, I flipped around and kicked his jaw, sending it flying into the tower, it had a satisfying crash, "YUKI!" I looked up and saw Kil ready to jump, I shook my head, there was a roar and right before I landed Amp caught me, "Hey, good trust fall." I snickered and pet his head, he growled, I flew around the edge, "As I expected." I flew back up, "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?! THAT WAS SUICIDE!" Kil shakes my shoulders back and forth, I stuck my tongue out, "I checked and sure enough I was right, there's no opening at the bottom, you have to go inside and through Trick Tower. There must be a holding area near the bottom but not at the very bottom. It's completely enclosed." I look at Leorio, Kurapika and Gon, "Answer my question goddamnit!" Kil keeps shaking me, I slowly take his hands off my shoulders and walk around, "AHH!" I screamed as I fell down from the floor, I heard Amp scratching above, I looked around, "Huh?" I cocked my heads, "Hey guys! Is there any way you can find another trap door around this area! There's more that connect to the hole I fell down!" I shouted up, "We'll try!" I heard Gon's voice, "Amp! You can leave now! Good boy!" I shout, I heard him roar and fly away. Kil, Kurapika and Gon all landed, "Nice landing," I smirked at Leorio who face planted on the floor, "Hey look at this," We looked at Gon who walked over to a small table, "The six who drop into this chamber must find their way down together through consensus of the majority." He reads, "Wait six?" Leorio does a double take, "Look, they even left us six wrist timers," I pick one up, "With buttons marked X and O." Kil notes, "Do you think it's possible that we won't be able to leave this room at all? Until someone else joins us down here?" Kurapika asks as he straps his wrist timer on, "Very good!" We all flinched at the sound coming from a speaker, "Who's there!" Leorio shouts, "A ghost idiot." I say sarcastically, "My name is Lippo, I am the prison warden down here, not to mention your examiner for the third phase of the exam, "Did he just say prison warden?" I shuddered, I felt Kil hold my hand, "We've gone through the trouble to put routes throughout the tower, and the path you've fallen into is the path of Majority Rules. If you want to pass and I'm sure you do corporation is the essence of success. One person acting selfishly could derail the entire group and of course you won't be permitted to start till you have six members present. That's it gentlemen and the lady, best of luck!" We heard static and the line was cut, "We seriously can't start till someone shows up? So what now?" Leorio looks at the extra wrist timer, "I guess... we just have to wait..." Kurapika looks up at the ceiling, we all look up waiting for someone, "Ow." I rub my eye as some dirt fell in it.
