Mark and Mina were in a relationship during the later months during their sophomore years. Their friends were shocked when they found out that the two of them were in a relationship because they thought, Koeun and Mark had something going on. Even though the two of them clearly said that they were just friends but in Koeun's case she's been liking Mark since freshman, only her and Hina knew about her feelings. During their Junior year, Mina and Mark's relationship went rocky because Mina was jealous of Mark and Koeun's closeness. Mina made Mark chose between her and Koeun, Mark didn't choose but everyone can see that he's avoiding Koeun. Because of that Koeun also avoided Mark and the boys because Mark and the other boys were always together and that caused a gap between them. It was November, in their Junior year that the two ended their relationship. Mark did everything for Koeun to forgive him and everything went back to the way they used to be. Koeun and Mark were back again to being inseparable, closer than they were. That was when the rumor started that Mina and Mark relationship ended because of Koeun. Koeun friends confronted Mina especially her friends from the higher year, Yiyang and Jungyeon. It was Mina who started the rumor, said that he wanted Mark back but Mark said no. From then on, Mina and Koeun were not on speaking terms. They were never close anyway.

"Let's go home together!!! Just wait for us we will just proof read this and we're done." Haechan said while looking at Koeun with puppy eyes.

Koeun, Hina, Lami and Jaemin exchange looks.

"It's okay with me. How about you guys?" Koeun asks the three avoiding to look at Mark.

"I guess were fine with it.." Hina said.

The three walk to their table with their ice cream while Mark waits for Koeun to get her change.

"Are you sure it's ok?" Mark asks Koeun. Koeun jumps a little, it's the first time Mark talks to her since the day shes avoiding him. Koeun only nods to Mark. She then hears Mark sighs.

Its already 6:30pm when the group decides to go home. Mina, Arin and Dino already left but Koeun is still quiet only talks to them if they ask her something.

Hina and Lami together with Jaemin and Renjun need to commute after the intersection. Haechan, Jeno and Mark also need to commute but in a different direction. Koeun just needs to walk for 5 to 10 minutes for fer to get home.

Mark always walks Koeun home. Its already a routine. Sometimes, Haechan and Jeno will walk with them but mostly its just Mark and Koeun. If Mark will not accompany her today the boys except Jaemin will know that something is wrong and that is the only thing that keeps running on her mind. The boys don't know that she confessed and she's avoiding Mark.

"I can't come with you guys. I need to catch some sleep." Haechan tells Mark and Koeun. "Me, too." Jeno said then yawns after.

Koeun saw Hina's face, only realizing the situation right now. Unfortunately, the bus that Hina and the others are waiting already arrives.

"There's your bus. Take care guys!" They wave each other goodbyes. After a minute or two, Haechan and Jeno's bus arrives leaving the two of them alone.

Mark sighs. "I'll walk you home. You don't need to talk to me." Koeun nods in agreement.

They were walking silently when Koeun's phone beeps. A message from Hina..

"Talk to him."

Koeun sighs, its now or never. Mark is her bestfriend after all. She just can't lose Mark because she confessed and its unrequited.

"Im ready to talk." Koeun tells Mark which makes him stop walking.

"Are you sure?"

Koeun nods and smile.
