Chapter 3: History repeats itself

The girls look at each other very nervously. Gabriella scratches her head and breaks the silence.

Gabriella: This killer really think he slick. I'm so aggravated right now. I'm down to just snitch at this point

Zahra: I know me too but we can't. Listen, let's just go to Denny's and continue to discuss this. I'm starving like crazy

The girls entered the car. Zahra rips the note and Hid Yovanna's foot inside a bag under the seat behind her and Gabriella moves the bag to make it more hidden. Zahra starts the car and drives away from campus.

Gabriella: oh my god it stinks in here.

Zahra: Well there's nothing i can do about it, we can't just toss the foot, they'll find it and we would look suspicious. Either complain or I won't pay for your breakfast

Yadira: oh your paying for us, thank God because I forgot to bring my wallet, it's my bad sorry

Zahra rolls her eyes and looks at the car mirror.

Zahra: Yadira, your lucky your my friend

Jeyliana: seriously zahra, i can't stand the smell. Don't you have one of those air freshener things for cars?

Zahra: No but if I remember, I'll buy one next time, but I'll probably forget to buy one anyways

Yadira: Typical you, I'm not surprised

Zahra: We're almost there guys chill. So Gabriella, how's your boyfriend doing? I haven't seen you guys hang or post on Facebook or Snapchat

Gabriella: I deleted Facebook, that's such a dead app but he's been great, I wish our campus accepted him because I barely see him nowadays

Yadira: That's how life can treat you.

Zahra: I'm surprised they ain't accept him, they accepted Miguel's friend roldan, no shade

Jeyliana: What if he's the killer?

Gabriella looks at jeyliana with a concerned look

Gabriella: Hold up, what do you mean by that?

Jeyliana: I'm just saying, it's always the boyfriends, he's probably doing this for you, I mean have you seen the scream movies, any slasher movies?

Gabriella: we're not in a movie, don't make me fight you, I don't care if your my friend. And so if it was him why would he go after my cousin?

Yadira: Yeah I agree, that don't make any sense jeyliana

Zahra: What if it's you, you just randomly accused Gabriellas boyfriend but maybe it's you all along

Jeyliana: guys I said "what if" the killer is him. But I said what I said. I'm just nervous, I don't want to die okay!

Jeyliana shouted as it gets quiet in the car. Gabriella breaks the silence once again, sighing loudly.

Gabriella: Listen jeyliana, I know your scared and we all are, but don't be accusing anyone without evidence

Jeyliana: i don't know girl, I don't trust nobody now.

Zahra: Shut up We're here, let's get food

The girls get out of the car and walk towards Denny's. As they walk towards the restaurant, jeyliana looks back as she thought someone was walking behind her but nobody's there.

Yadira: You alright?

Jeyliana: yeah I'm just having a little anxiety attack that's all.

Yadira: Food should distract you don't worry about anything right now, we're here. Just so you know, I trust you.
