Ughh. Another day of boring stupid stupid work. Nino grumbled. He walked out of his apartment. He noticed an eviction note on his door.
Eviction Note:
Your payment is overdue, please be evicted in 30 days.
Nino grabbed the paper,crumpled it up and threw it away. He grumbled and walked out of the dusty complex. Ring Riiinnnggg Ring Ring Riiinnnggg Nino's phone chimed. He looked at who was calling. Gabriel Agreste. Nino grumbled and answered the phone.
"What do you want! I already did everything you wanted me too!" Nino whispered-shouted. Gabriel chuckled under his breath.
" You haven't done everything, at least not yet. I have one more proposition for you. Nino grumbled.
"What is it?" Nino said with his teeth clenched. Gabriel snickered.
"Go find Ms. Lila Rossi. She has something for me that she owes me." Gabriel said eerily. Nino rolled his eyes and agreed.
" Is this the last thing you need me to do?" Nino asked annoyed. Gabriel had said no and he wouldn't bother him anymore. Nino groaned. What has he gotten himself into?
Crash!
"Ah sorry! I didn't mean to crash into you!" A girl yelped. Nino shook his head,and helped her up. He was about to apologize when he realized he had crashed into...
"Marinette? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at work?" Nino asked suspiciously. Marinette smiled with relief. Then she pulled him into an alleyway
"What's up,w-why are you doing this,c'mon Marinette,we have to get to work. Now. Marinette shook her head. She looked at him frantically.
"There's something we need to talk about, now!" Marinette said lowly. Nino looked at her with confusion but then took this as a chance to tell Marinette who Hawkmoth was. So he agreed.
