Catching a glimpse of Lucas connection to a nearby cipher, victor ran to it and looked around before connecting and starting to decode it. However,he failed the first calibration and got a nasty shock. If he could've he would have sworn.
It didn't take long for Naib to alert the others that the hunter was near him. Immediately after sending the "Focus on Decoding" message. He was going for a five cipher kite today.
