The cursed spirit came dashing towards me as I summoned 'Sensha', one of the spirits I have formed a contract with to protect me from the vicious attacks of the cursed spirit. Sensha is one of my most loyal spirits and they possess a build of steel-like skin and also possess a height of almost 7 feet. It had horns of a devil on its head as well as a mouth gaping open, almost seeming like they were constantly screeching in complete and utter despair.

Sensha was not great in terms of speed however that is easily fixed with my ability of 'Time Lapse'. As I placed my fingers together and concentrated my energy into it while whispering the words 'Cursed Technique: Time-Lapse', Sensha formed a white glow as it sped up to take a blow on the enemy. The cursed spirit was inches away from me when Sensha appeared right in front my eyes. The impact of the cursed spirit's fist and Sensha's steel-like body resulted in a strong gust of wind causing me to jump back.

"Sensha, please obtain Sukuna's finger that the spirit has consumed.. That's what we're here for." I tell the horned-giant, watching as they nod their head at me. This was the mission that was assigned to me, and it was to obtain one of the 20 fingers of Sukuna.

As Sensha regained its speed through the help of my ability, it was able to land a combination of hits on the enemy before it was able to land its fist on Sensha. The horned-giant jumps backwards with a gaping hole in its stomach. I quickly mask the look of shock in my face as I bend my ring finger and connect my pinky and middle finger.

Sensha was one of my strongest spirits in defense and it was honestly quite shocking to see another spirit able to even make dent on their skin. It wasn't called a special grade for nothing.

"Cursed technique: Time Reversal." I mutter, altering Sensha's time and presence to 5 minutes ago, where it was completely unharmed by the special grade spirit. Now that it was adequate for fighting, I quickly place my hands for my Time-Lapse Cursed Technique, watching the white glow emit from the horned-giant again.

Sensha disappears and its now replaced by a beam of light dashing through every corner of my vision, landing multiple blows on the special grade spirit. After taking a couple of hits, the spirit roars in agony. The voice of the spirit was absolutely horrible and excruciating to listen to.

I close my eyes and place my hands on my ears before I remember that an enemy was in front of me. I open my eyes and watch in horror as the spirit rushes towards me, their hands centimeters away before I hear a faint whisper "Red". It was so soft, so quick that I wasn't sure if I had actually heard it or imagined it.

The spirit was in shock as it was repelled backwards, enabling Sensha to finally land a fatal hit on it. I watch as it deteriorates, leaving behind the ring on the floor.

"Thank you, Sensha." I looked at the spirit with a soft smile, watching them nod their head at me. I quickly and cautiously obtained the finger, forming a quick and temporary sealing technique on it to keep me safe as I plan to bring it back to Kyoto Prefectural Jujutsu High School.

"That wasn't me." Sensha said in a low voice as it disintegrated into white dust, returning back to the palms of my hand. Although I had hoped it was Sensha who saved me, deep down I knew it wasn't. Then who...?

My thoughts were scattered and I was slightly still in shock. After all, I was seconds away from facing a possible fatal hit from the spirit.

"Interesting ability you got there, Kara." Utahime Itori, my partner for this mission, said as she gave me a thumbs up. I told her she could stand back and watch knowing that I was fully capable of destroying the cursed spirit that appeared in front of us but it seems like that wasn't the case and I was seconds away from being crushed.
