I got all dressed up, and although I wasn't elated in my livery, but that wasn't my priority anymore. My priority now was just how I'd get to church before service commences. I am left with just 10mins.
should I just stay at home and not proceed to church again? I'll just call our CD (choir Director) and lie to be sick,(these were thoughts running through my mind) but then I remembered how powerful my tongue was in words accomplishment. My instinct began telling me to stay back home, I almost gave in, but I tried to reminded myself of how far I've come. (I thought) have I come this far to eventually give it all up? No, I said, I was all to myself, so I encouraged myself.
Lesson: Do not allow the challenges of life rob you of your victories in life. It might be difficult to handle, the journey may appear tedious, but remember, 👉 Never give up, the future is exciting 🔆
I got to the junction, stood in a corner with my head bow, cogitating about how many minutes I'll have to tarry at this junction park before getting a cab.
Few minutes later, I looked up 👆 only to see a cab going my destination. oh!what a joy inexplicable I felt.
He packed by my side and I happily hopped in, and with my unstable loose tongue, I turned to the driver and said I thought I was going to tarry there for hours before getting a cab, Meanwhile I'm late for church service. The black shiny headed man turned to me and said "YOU WERE WRONG!" knowing fully well that he was right about me being wrong. I nodded in attestation and said YES, I WAS WRONG!
Lesson : Don't judge your today with the experience of your yesterday, and don't judge your future with today's experience. Don't be too quick to judge
You might be wrong.
