2. Diner

Porco sighed and placed his phone next to him on his nightstand. "Why is she so weird all the time?" He mumbled. He sat up and looked through his window. It was storming and raining really hard. The door opened and his mom walked into his room.

She was short and had the same strawberry blonde hair as Porco. You could definitely see that she was reaching the 50's

"Porco, dear, is she gonna put some corn for us apart?" His mom asked. Porco shook his head in response.

"Apparently the shop is closed on the weekends. I'm going to pick it up right now."

His mom looked at him with a worried face. "Will you be careful please? It's storming and I don't want you to get hurt."

Porco rolled his eyes and nodded.

"Jesus Christ why is she taking so long?" He said out loud in his car.

You could hear Reiner laugh through the speakers of the car. "Maybe she forgot, we know that she isn't the smartest."

"I'm gonna call her, bye asshole." Porco hung up and looked through his contacts. He was glad he had a car with Bluetooth.

Stupid farm girl

His mom would kill him if she found out he gave (Y/n) that name in his phone. He pressed the little phone icon next to her name.

"Hi, are you there?" Her voice boomed through the car. The was something calming about her voice, this wasn't the first time Porco thought that, he had always thought her voice was nice. All though he would never admit that to anyone, not even himself.

"Yes I'm here, where are you?"

"Waiting for Marco to come downstairs, he has the keys."

"Is it gonna take long?"

"No, Mikasa will come too by the way. She is eating diner with us and should arrive at the front soon."

When she said that he heard a knock on his window. A girl pale with black hair in two pigtails knocked on the car, it was Mikasa.

'Shit I can't let her wait outside, that would be rude, and I don't want any trouble with those dumbasses Yeager and Kirstein.' He thought.

He opened the passenger seat door for her and she quickly got in. "Thanks..." she mumbled.

"Oh my god Mikasa hi!" (Y/n) yelled through the speakers.

"Calm the fuck down you bi-."

Mikasa glared at him. 'Holy shit she's scary.' Porco thought.

"I'm going now, I'll see you both soon." And she hangs up.

There was an awkward silence between the two. "So, why are you here?" Porco mumbled, trying to make it less awkward.

"I'm eating diner there, (Y/n) and Marco are my friends."

It was quiet again, and awkward. Very awkward. Porco and Mikasa both didn't like each other, Porco was part of the popular kids and she was friends with the 'weirdos'. He was friends with the 'queen bee' Historia and if she found out Mikasa was in his car she'd flip.

Mikasa herself is a weirdo. Just like her friends. Jean Kirstein however had a crush on her for some reason. He wasn't secretive about it either. Everyone realises that except for her and Eren.

"(Y/n) told us you were getting corn." She mumbled. Porco nodded. "Yeah... for my mom."

"And you're partners for Zeke- Mr. Yeager's history project. She told us that too."

"Who's your partner for the project?" Porco asked. It couldn't be Eren. Eren is always partners with the blonde nerd kid and (Y/n)'s brother isn't in that class.

"I'm partners with Sasha Blous." She said. Porco grinned. "Isn't Blous like super dumb?"

Mikasa shrugs. "She genuinely does her best, that's all that counts.... and she doesn't judge me for who I am." She mumbles the last part but Porco could hear her clearly.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"I saw (Y/n)'s contact name Galliard. That's mean. She tries to get along with you, but all you do is talk behind her back with your stupid rich friends."

"It's just a history project-."

"For you maybe. She is failing history and really needs this project to save her final grade. It doesn't help that she knows Mr. Yeager personally. Just give her a chance. She has a big heart and loves to make new friends. She puts her friends always first and isn't afraid to help them. I swear if you ever do anything to upset her, you'll regret if. Not because I'll do something but (Y/n)'s sad face is enough to break a person."

Porco was silent. "I'll try."

Someone knocked on the window. "Hi, it's me. I'm here to pick you up. Didn't you guys notice me?"

Mikasa got out of the car and Porco did the same. It was raining really hard and (Y/n) was wearing a raincoat that was way too big. It looked silly on her. The trio walked over to the red tractor that stood beside the car and (Y/n) was the first to get in.

"Okay there's only one spot to sit next to me so someone has to stand. Obviously not me because I'm the only one who knows how to drive a tractor."  She said while struggling to sit down in the huge thing.

"I'll stand, let Galliard sit." Mikasa said while easily climbing next to (Y/n). Porco gulped and tried to climb in while struggling really hard. (Y/n) took notice of this and stuck out her hand.

"Let me help you."
