your in your room with your best friend draco.

harry, molly, ron, hermione, sirius black, fred, george, ginny and your dad are all downstairs.

you start singing sweater weather.

draco cheers you on.

- the next day: today was the start of your 5th year at hogwarts.

you got on the train and sat next to ron, hermione, and harry.

they all greeted you.

you guys laughed the whole train ride.

you looked at harry a few times and he did aswell.

"awe he's so cute-" you thought, "wait what am i thinking?"

when you arrived you went to slytherin common room.

you sighed as you placed your bags down.

draco entered afterwards.

"hey draco." you said.

"hi y/n, what are you up too?" he asked.

you scoffed, "what do you think? we just got here im unpacking of course-" you said.

draco laughed and you did as well.

you noticed draco was wearing a long sleeve shirt. it's july.

"it's so hot why the hell are you wearing that??" you asked.

"oh.. um when we left london it was pretty cold!" he replied.

"no it wasn't-" you said.

"well to me it was, see you later y/n.." he said while walking out."

"strange" you thought.

- in potions class.

your talking to hermione.

"i don't know, he's been acting weird." you said to her.

"well guess what, harry made up a theory that draco malfoy is now a death eater." she said.

"what?! draco?! he would never!!" you slightly shouted.

"i mean it makes sense, his dad is also a death eater.." she said while looking at her potion.

snape walked up to you two, "is there something you ladies would like to share with the class?"

"no sir!!" hermione said immediately.

snape stared at you two for a few seconds then walked off.

"okay okay.. maybe we should investigate or something? i don't know-" you said while putting your head down on your desk.

"sure! 3 pm today?" hermione asked.

"yep!" you said as the bell rang.

"see you later y/n!" hermione said to you.

you waved at her.

you and hermione meet up and see draco and harry arguing as usual.

"your a death eater, aren't you malfoy?"

you get a bit angry.

draco gives a worried look, "hhow dare you accuse me of being a death eater? my father will hear about this!!"

"i don't give a damn about what your father thinks malfoy!!" harry shouts.

hermione face palms.

you accidentally trip and fall on top of the bush you were in. draco and harry heard you so they turned to look.

hermione widened her eyes.

draco and harry ran up to you, but before they could help you up, hermione already did.

draco rolls his eyes and they boys walk their separate ways.

you look at hermione, "their acting weird.."

"i agree" hermione replied.
