you and your dad have been hanging out a lot, since he is your real father he decided to go easy on you, he heard about what happened with draco and would check on you.
"so i'm not a mudblood?" you asked.
"no, neither is harry" he says. "well i'll be busy so go ahead and run along" he says. you pick your books off and go to your room and bumped into blaise. "hey hazel, srry about that" he says. your confused "oh it's ok" you say.
you walked to the common room but get bored so you take a walk around the castle. " he shall not touch or kill my daughter " you heard a voice. you followed leading you to your dad, you decided to listen. " it's either you or her!" another voice calls. lucious malfoy, dracos dad
"neither" snape says and walks off. he heads your direction so you hide in the closet next to you. you see draco and snape walking outside and you decided to follow them. they went to diagon ally. it looks horrible after death eaters robbed every shop.
they turn into a dark alley. you see bellatrix and a lot more death eaters. they go inside a building. you quietly sneak past a death eater and see snape talking. "you must be the one who dies tonight " bellatrix says. " and you, your father wants you" she says to draco.
" ahh snape, i see you've made your mind on who will die" voldemort says. you stay quiet.
someone then grabs you and pushes you out front "look who i found" the death eater says. "ahh, hazel snape?" he says and you nod. you scared and sad
snape gives you a scared look.
draco then comes out and see you. his reaction changes quick. he looks angry and confused.
" please just leave her out of this" snape says. "NO TALKING WITHOUT PERMISSION AVADA KADAVRA" voldemort yells. snapes body the flies out and you run to him as fast as you can.
you start crying and realize he is the only real family you have left. "YOU IDIOT CHILD" voldemort yells. you got locked up in a cell with your dads dead body. you kept crying.
10 minutes past and somebody comes in, you don't know who since your eyes are blurry because of crying. "hazel it's me" someone says and wipes your tears.

"hazel i'm sorry i didn't mean to do anything or hurt you i'm sorry"he says almost crying. you tightly hug him and he takes your hand and quietly sneaks you out. you grabbed your dads wand and a small ring he had on his finger. atleast you had something from him.
you and draco take a train to hogwarts.
1 week later
you are still in your room crying about how you saw your own dads death. draco would check on you every now and then. a lot of times you wanted him to stay but he didn't want to. you would beg and beg but he would leave.
" please stay with me, you never stay " you say.
"HAZEL I CANT STAY I TELL YOU EVERY TIME " he yells
"i'm sorry " you say quietly.
