Chapter One

"You may now kiss the bride, Prince Taehyun" the priest said.

He stared at me with his cold face. I never agreed to this marriage but I can see that he's trying just to forget about Chaeryoung. His first love who left him without saying anything.

He moved slowly and kissed my cheek instead. Well, that's disappointing. He has been so cold to me since the day we got engaged. Everbody's clapping. My mom, Queen Hannie cries.

"Let's go" he said coldly. I nodded and followed him to our shared room. It was huge and there's blue and white theme. Nice, very stylish.

He changed into his prince outfit. It was a red with white hanbok. It made him more handsome. I also changed in my pink and white hanbok. As I went put the bathroom, he's already gone.

Maybe he went downstairs, at the party. I'm not a fan of parties, so I stayed. I'm at the balcony staring at the bright moon. Cockroaches are shirping in the dark forest. Fireflies everywhere. Colorful floweres are glowing under the shining Mr. Moon.

"Excuse me, Princess. Prince Kang wants your presence" my maid said.

"Really? He wants me there?" I asked. She's that girl who told me to help the Prince. She smiled excitedly. "Our plan's starting, Princess".

I went down the long stairs. People stared at me while clapping their hands. Am I that beautiful?. I sat beside Taehyun. Or should I say, our throne.

"Make a toast for the newly wedded couple!" Taehyun's butler announced to the crowd. Taehyun suddenly stood uo staring at the entrance door. I looked at him in shock.

He runs there while me following him. "Taehyun, wait!" I shouted while chasing my breath. He looks around looking for someone. Maybe he saw a ghost?. "I saw her! I fucking saw her!" he shouted.

"Who?" I asked inoccently.

"My love" my heart aches when he said that. He is still into Chaeryoung. He sat down and cries. I bend down and hug him trying to stop him from crying.

"Stay away from me!" he slapped my hand away and left me in the dark. I sighed. I guess, it's hard to tame that prince.

I entered our room and saw him doing some paper works. I ignored him and changed into my pj's before laying in the bed. After some minutes, I felt him laying beside me and hug my waist. He buried his face in the crook of my neck.

Why is he suddenly like this?

"Good night, Chae".

Morning came and Taehyun's not beside me. I can still remember that he called me Chaeryoung last night. It made me hur and cried to sleep. My eyes are still reddish from crying secretly last night.

For all these times, I've been so in love with him. I will make him mine and forger Chaeryoung. I didn't even know why he left him, he's so handsome. He's perfect.

My maid, calls me for breakfast. My mom and dad in law are alreadg waiting. But where's Taehyun?.

"Oh? Are you looking for Tae? He's outside playing golf with Kai" my mother in law said.

Heuning Kai, Taehyun's cousin. Yeah, he's cute. "Come sit, enjoy your breakfast my daughter".

I quickly finished my food and went outside. OMG! He's laughing. It's my first time to see him laugh like that. "Hi, Princess!" Kai waved at me. Taehyun's smiled faded as he approach me and lead me to sit.

"How romantic of you cousin" Kai dreamingly said.

Taehyun glared at him. I laugh silently and watch them as they played. "You wanna play?" Kai suddenly asked. "I don't know how" I answered.

"Taehyun will teach you, I just need to go to the bathroom bye!".

Taehyun taught me how to play. Guess what I made him smile. When I strike the ball, I accidentally hit Mr. Song, his butler. I bowed many times saying I'm sorry.

"That was hilarious" he said while still laughing and wipes his tears.

"That's not funny. I never did like that before. I feel like a criminal" I covered my face. I heard him sigh. "We all do accident sometimes, so It's okay" he ruffles my hair.

"Prince and Princess Kang, the King requested for your presence!" his butker shouted.

He lend me his hand to guide me. I accelt his offer and climb on his back. I don't know what in his mind to give a piggy-back ride.

His parents looked at us lovingly. "They're so sweet" one of the maid squealed. He put me down carefully. "So, as what I heard lately, our people are protesting outside to kill this theif who stole their money and even hill their loved ones. I need Taehyun to handle this. Is it okay to you son?"

"Yes, father".

Everynight, we check the village. During the third night of finding the theif. Someone, cut my neck. It was painful. Taehyun locked me in our room. He don't want me to be in danger. I was really bored. I always call ou maids to play with me.

"Check!" maid 2 shouted.

"You cheated, Sona!" I whinned.

"Princess, you're the one who cheated" she laugh.

"You find out?" they all nodded while I'm pouting.

The door burst open revealing Taehyun. An angry one. The maids bowed and left the room. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing, it's just my head hurts. We found the theif" he said and tapped his thighs signalling me to sit there. He always do this is he's annoyed or sad.

I sat down in his lap. He cleared the strands of my hair and fold it behind my ear. "Thank you" he whispered.

"For what?"

"For helping me forget her. I will try to love you, I promise" he sealed me a long, passionate and hot kiss.

I put my arms around his neck trying to deepen the kiss. I moaned when he bit my tounge. "Ouch!" I slap his arms. He chuckles.

"I love you, my princess"
