"Y/N wake up"
"what...what happened" I woke up all sweaty tears running down my cheeks, it happened again. "you a nightmare again do you remember" I've been having nightmares for about 10 months and it all ended with me remembering what happens just that I know it scared me. "no not this time. I just dont get it why cant I remember it."
I live with my brother James but to other people he is just my roommate. It is currently 6 in the morning and my new job starts at 7.
Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself, my name is y/n y/l/n, I am 27 years old I graduated from college early because of my eidetic memory. But I dont like talking about it because it makes people think that im bragging about myself of how smart I am or how weird it is to remember every little thing, so I just keep it to myself. I live with my roommate James, he has been my best friend since birth considering were twins but nobody needs to know that. We have been through everything together I would have not made to where I am today without him, ok thats enough about me.
"I dont know either y/n but its 6 you should start getting ready remember its your first day!" he was right so I got ready and I put on some some black skinney jeans and and a white blouse tucked in, i curled my hair then brushed it out put it half up half down. And for my make up I did mascara, rosy red lipstick, and eyeliner with a little bit of blush. I checked the time and it was 6:30 and the BAU was 20 minutes away so u decided to get coffee just as you were about to leave you got a call from Emily your girl best friend. She wished you good luck on your first day, you arrived to get your coffee then left.
You sat there freaking out 'what if the dont like me' i thought, i hade always been an overthinker but you pushed it out of the way as you made yourself i side the building.
I enter the building and see Hotch, also known as the unit chief. I walk up to him and introduce myself.
"Hi my names id Y/N Y/L/N"
"Nice to meet you, shall we go and introduce you to your new teammates." he said in a more serious tone.
"Yea ok"
"Oh and hey I read over your file and I want to say you can take a few days off some cases when you feel like it, someone like you shouldn't be going through what you went through."
"Its ok and thank you."
The elevator dinged me and Hotch exited the elevator and went through the glass doors to meet the team. The first thing I noticed is the team was huddled up in a small corner laughing, and I thought to myself what I would give to have that. once I entered the room all the attention turned and me and Hotch approached them.
"Ok so this is the new agent that will be starting today."
"hi my names is agent Derek Morgan nice to meet you." he said while taking his hand out for me to shake but I turned that down immediately.
"sorry I dont shake hands" after I said that everyone looked at me until he spoke again.
"OH well looks like we have another germaphobe here." "Oh im not a germaphobe I just dot trust men touching me so" once I said that everyone looked at weird I knew I shouldn't have said that.
After I said that everyone else introduced themselves until one person stood out to me. He was walking up to the team with a cup of coffee.
"Hey guys what are we talkin- y/n"
"spencer?"
"wait you guys know each other" said the blondie know as JJ
"oh my god its good to see you yes we were best friends in high school" said spencer while getting close to me to give me hug but I backed up and looked at me confused.
