Nightmares passive form cause chaos

Officially meeting star sans..

Dream called him to came hang out and meet some of his friends.

Nightmare shook his head, his brother really should stay more on alert...sigh..what is he going to do about his brother?

Nightmare thought, as he left the mansion in his passive form, he put on a smile as he went to the au his brother told him that he and his friends willl be on.

"Nightlife! Over here!" Dream called out to him and nightlife aka nightmare, walked over to them with a smirk on his face.

"Hey Dream. So these are your friends?" Nightlife said, pretending to not know them.

"Yes! This is ink and blue. Ink, blue, this is nightlife." Dream said with a smile.

"Nice to meet your nightlife! Like Dream said, I'm the magnificent blue!" Blue said cheerfully and nightlife gave him a small smile at that.

"Yep! And I'm ink as Dream already said, nice to meet you." Ink told nightlife with a smile on his face.

So they were hanging out for the day, it was mostly normal, up until cross spotted nightlife.

Cross then called the rest of them, saying he spotted the one monster nightmare told them to capture but not injury at all.

Which caused them to get ready, especially when cross told them that he's hanging out with the star sans and all.

They went through a portal, sneaking around, up until the saw cross as he waved his arms a bit, trying to catch their attention.

Which did catch their attention as they kept an eye out for cross since he is near the target.

They watched and waited for the right moment to strike.

On the other hand, nightlife started to twitch a little bit. He felt eyes on him, he slowly glanced around, trying to not catch anyone else's attention while doing so.

He frowned a little bit, who was watching him? He looked at the star sans, ink and blue were chatting.

Dream looked like he was reading a book of some sort. It didn't surprise him though, he knows his brother loves to read books like he does.

He got up, catching dreams attention.

"Something wrong nightlife?" Dream asked him, sounding a bit concerned, which caught the other twos attention.

"I..don't know..I feel like I'm being watched." Nightlife told them and out of no where, something slammed right into nightlife, making him let out an ow as he's picked up over a shoulder and is getting carried away.

The star sans looked startled and sprang into action, chasing after the ones who were carrying nightlife away.

Nightlife looked down, ah.. it was cross... oh yeah... he forgot he told his gang to kidnap his passive form if they ever saw him...

Well..he didn't expect this to happen...he wonders how he's going to explain this to his gang now... nightlife thought as he watched the star sans chase them down.

The went through the portal and he saw Dream look distraught.

Cross stopped running and put down nightlife.

"Huh, I didn't expect that to happen, I guess I should think you, it was getting a bit boring with ink and blue around." Nightlife told them and they blinked, surprised by that.

"Er your welcome?" Cross said confused by nightlife.

"I guess we wait for nightmare then, I guess." Dust said, just now sitting on the couch.

"Oh...right...I knew I forgot to tell you all this..." nightlife said a bit sheepish, causing them all to look at him with confusion, which turned into surprise when they saw their boss their now.

"Boss? When did you get here and where did he go?" Killer asked nightmare, sounding confused.

"Hmm..yes I suppose it's time to tell you all now. This, as you see me, is my corrupted form. The one you just kidnapped was me in my passive form. Dream accidentally stumbled over me one day while I was out getting food and wouldn't leave me alone." Nightmare explained to them and horror looked sheepish at that.

After all, it was because of horror that nightmare went out that day to get food.

"Sorry about that boss, it was that time when we had gotten really low on food, right?" Horror asked and nightmare nodded that.

"Yes."  Nightmare said.

"So why does Dream bother you in your passive form?" Cross asked nightmare who blinked.

He's glad that his gang are taking this so well, "because, me and Dream are twins. Before I had been corrupted, my brother loved to talk and hang out when the...villagers didn't take his attention." Nightmare said, pausing at the villagers part.

They looked at nightmare with surprise, they didn't know Dream and nightmare, their boss, were twins.

Well that explained some things.

They thought and nodded at that, "ok, so Dream contacted you and asked to hang out? And what's the name you going by? Because using Your name.. wouldn't it make him a bit suspicious?" Dust asked his boss.

"Hmm..yes, I go by nightlife when I'm in my passive form. So you may call me that in my passive form so you all can get used to it." Nightmare told them and then they called it a day, nightmare checking his phone in his room, seeing messages going off from Dream and Dream trying to call him.

Nightmare switched to his passive form, answering the call.

"Hello?" Nightlife started out and Dream began firing question after question, worried about him.

"Are you ok nightlife? They didn't hurt you, did they!?" Dream started out.

"I'm ok Dream, they just took me somewhere because their 'boss' wanted to see me." Nightlife said, sounding a bit sheepish.

"What!? What did Nightmare want?" Dream asked worried about nightlife, even though he's kinda part way sure nightlife and nightmare are the same somehow.

"Nothing much, just wanted to talk to me about something. I'm fine Dream, I can hang out again with you if you want to." Nightlife told Dream, he knows Dream is suspicious about him.

He thinks Dream may suspect that he and his corrupted form are connected somehow.

"...ok, stay safe nightlife, I'll talk to you again tomorrow." Dream told him and they both hang up.

At times like this, when he's doing a double life, he needs a nap. He thought and got ready for bed and went to sleep.

Finally finished with 1076 words, finally. This took me so long.sorry it took so long.

I have no ideas for the next chapter, but the chapter afterward is a Dream knows and nightmare knows etc kind of thing.

So give me an idea for the next chapter be
I may space them out idk yet
