almost every person ran away to hide except for Mr. burns and peter who both agreed that if they want to keep themselves alive they would have to kill 30 people

Mr Burns: I think that there is an armoury nearby, follow me

Mr Burns takes peter somewhere to look for the armoury 

meanwhile: quagmire and Cleveland 

Cleveland started freaking out and panicking so he kept hold of a metal pipe as a weapon just in case he had to kill someone

quagmire: hey put that thing away

Cleveland: This is so we can be safe! what if someone tries to kill us!

quagmire: first of all what is a small pipe gonna do? and secondly, nobody is gonna kill us come on man

quagmire reaches his hand out to calm down Cleveland but Cleveland in a panicked reflex wacks Quagmire over the head with the pipe crushing his skull and kill Quagmire

Cleveland: oh no!! what did I just do???

suddenly Cleveland sees Leni who witnessed the murder and he charges at her and beats her skull in and kills her so no one knows he's a killer, nearby chief Wiggum was also hiding and pulled out his gun and was going to shoot Cleveland

Cleveland: WAIT! DON'T SHOOT!

he ignored him and shot Cleveland killing him easily

meanwhile: basement

Takagi-san, Nishikata, Sanae, and Yukari were all hiding in the basement together avoiding anyone who wants to kill them and had themselves armed with weapons to keep themselves defended from any danger

meanwhile 

Mr. burns and peter are trying to get the armoury open but can't get in without a key to open it with so the began kicking it in causing to attract some peoples attention

they had gotten the attention of quartermaster who ran towards them to kill them getting his hook caught in the armoury door and Peter and Mr  burns took the opportunity of him being stuck to start beating his head in until he was dead and then they used his hook hand to pick the lock to the armoury and it worked and they had some weapons to kill with so that they could save others

TIME SKIP:

Mr burns and Peter had rounded everyone up and had everyone in the lobby except for Sanae, Nishikata, Yukari and Takagi-san who were all still in the basement safe from what was happening in the lobby

back upstairs in the lobby peter and Mr burns had split the group apart between who should get to live

they had moved Peters family to one side so they could live and began picking a random 29 people to live since they only know about 1 person death

they picked: Heinz, Seventeen, Malachi, Lee, Terri, Dipper, Neil, Nameless, Nix, Edna, Gwen, Soos, Apu, Mike Simms, Sherri, Ralph, Pacifica, Haneesh, Lynn, Hans Moleman, Rita, Mabel, Skinner, Mitch, Dolph, Nerris, Purdy, Ered and Five
