Hoseok finished the final moves to his self- choreographed dance routine and turned off the music. With a satisfied smile on his face, he grabbed a towel and some water. He had been dancing since BangPD mentioned the possibility of a new member, which was an hour ago.

Remembering the day he met the first members of BTS he happily left the studio, remembering to turn the lights off, and headed down he hall greeting everyone he passed.

He was headed towards the elevator on the third floor and saw a young boy head to the elevator from the opposite direction. The boy stood with his back to him, glancing to his side and then back at the door with an almost nervous air.

Hoseok took this as an opportunity to try and make him feel better. That's what sunshine was supposed to do; bring light into the lives of others.

He whistled a small tune as he took a few steps to stand next to the boy. "Annyeong," he greeted in his bright manner.

The boy was someone Hoseok didn't recognize, as he flashed a tiny smile in return. Waving slightly, he returned the greeting.

"I'm Hoseok by the way," Hoseok continued. "I'm assuming you're Kim Taehyung?"

The boy's brown eyes went wide. "How did-"

"BangPD said you'd be dropping by some time today," He explained and gestured towards his jacket. "Nice jacket by the way."

"Hm? Oh.. um yea.. thanks." He said looking down at it. "Um, do you think you could point me in the direction of your manager's office please?"

"Of course! No problem!" He said as the elevator doors opened for them to enter. Hoseok allowed the younger to enter first and then followed him in. He hit the button for the correct floor and continued his friendly interrogation, hoping to learn more about the new trainee.

"Are you nervous?"

Taehyung shrugged like it was no big deal, but squirmed a little inside his jacket. "Maybe to some extent. You're a part of Bangtan right?"

"You are correct!" Hoseok beamed. "I'm hoping to be a vocalist. And you're a rapper right?"

The boy hesitated. "I'm not a 'rapper' like Namjoon but that's what my position will be." Taehyung sighed and looked at the ceiling of the elevator, "I wish to be a vocalist though."

"Really?"

He nodded. "But whatever. It'll be fun anyways."

"Well whatever position you get in the group, Smile. Laugh. Be happy. Enjoy life!" Hoseok advised, slinging an arm around the younger boy's shoulders comfortingly.

His positive attitude was contagious, and Taehyung smiled wider than he did before. "That's the spirit!" Hoseok cheered.

The elevators dinged open and the boys stepped out. There was an unspoken feeling about Taehyung hat Hoseok could sense.

"Don't worry about fitting in," he advised the new trainee. "We all have own little quirks. We're all weird in one way or another. So just relax, and be yourself."

With that the younger boy continued to smile as they both walked towards the manger's office.
