I lay there looking at the black and purple tile ceiling and thinking to myself what are my friends gonna say? The words stayed in my head like a little girl being bullied struggling not to tell anybody. My mother is sying to herself why did my daughter have to be born like this? My name is Madeline and I love sports but i am def so i cant talk because if i say something wrong I will feel stupid. I was born that way and I'll be honest, IT SUCKS. My mom hates me being deaf but you know, it isnt her fault im like this I just am.
