At evening.

Manik was getting restless to see nandini but as he was tired beacuse of long journey he slept waiting for her.

Nandini came back from hospital after completing her work.she saw raj and nyu happily chit chatting with eachother sitting on the sofa

Nandu:Aunty uncle what happened today u both are looking so happy.

Nyu:Because our happines came back to us nandu beta.

Nandu:what aunty i didnt understand.

Raj:Nandu beta manik came back from usa that too permanently.

By listening this nandu got shocked and numb she dont know how to react.

Nyu:Haa nandu beta finally my manik came back now we will be very happy.

Raj:Arey nyu enough of ur talks see how tired she is looking.

Nyu:sorry raj nandu beta go and get fresh up.

Nandu:Ok aunty.

By saying that nandu went up and her heart was beating fastly she is feeling happy and nervous at the same time she approached the room and slowly opened the door with shivering hands.

After opening the door she went in and saw the manik who was sleeping on the bed and looking hot and cute at the same time.

By seeing him nandu heart beating fastly after long 8 yrs she have seen him she reminded how badly she missed him how she cried for him at nights.How she missed his teasing his caring and his warm embrace.

By reminding that nandu eyes started watering she went towards him by taking baby steps and sat beside him.

She observed him with teary eyes he has not changed much he became more hot and handsome there is little stubble on his face.

She raised her hand and caressed his face and her hand went to his hair and started to caressed it lovingly.

He was smiling in sleep feeling a warm touch on him she felt his moments and removed her hand from him.

After that she took her night dress from the cupboard and went to bathroom without making sound as it may disturb his sleep.

She got freshed up and changed into night cloths and came out of bathroom and started to apply moisturizer to her skin.

At that time manik sleep broke and he wokeup but nandu didnt observe him and started to apply moisturizer to her skin.

Manik rubbed his eyes and abt to get up but his eyes fall on nandini who was applying mosturizer infront of mirror.

He got shocked and mesmerized seeing her she grown more beautiful she got a long hair and she got some what tall.There is so much change in her.

Now she is looking like a beautifull women then he observed her milky white soft skin by seeing her he totally got lost in her all he want to do now is grab her and kiss her madly.But he cant.

After that manik got up from the bed and went towards her and stood behind her.

nandini felt some hot breathe on her neck and raised her head and saw manik from the mirror who was behind her.

She turned back and both their eyes met and both got lost into eachother.

None of them are ready to break the eyelock but nandu broked it with difficulty and looked down.

Manik:Hey little rat how r u?

After a long time nandini heard his voice she felt happy after listening to his voice but now she decided she wont talk to him.she cant bear the same pain now what if manik leave her again and go to usa.

So she decided not to talk to manik and ignore him she even dont know if manik loves her or not in deep down her heart she have fear that manik may moved on with other girl in usa.

Because as he is hot and handsome guy so many girls die for him why would he choose a average girl like me she thought.

Manik observed nandini who was lost somewhere.

Manik:Little rat manik said loudly.

By that nandini came into conscious and looked at him.

Manik:what happened to u little rat iam shouting from past 5min where u lost. oh now i came to know that still u didnt lost the habit of day dreaming right mabik said by laughing.

But nandu didnt said anything and ignored him and went outside the room.

Manik got shocked with her behaviour it was not his little rat who fought with him earlier for silly things she is changed so much.

He was feeling hurt seeing nandini he didnt liked this silent nandini he want his previous little rat who was chirpy girl and fight with him tease him.

Manik's pov:What happened to u little rat u r not my little rat ur changed no i dont want this silent nandini i want my little rat and i will make u previous nandini its my promise he said in a determined voice.

At hall.

Nandini came down and nyu arranging food on the table for dinner
manik also came down and nyu saw both manik and nandu.

Nyu:Arey u two came nandu beta did u talk with manik after so long u guys met eachother i know even u missed manik right haina nandu beta.

Raj:Haa nyu why wont she after all both are cute enemies to eachother right then why wont they miss eachother haina manik.

Manik:yes dad.

But nandu didnt said anything she just nodded her head.

Nyu:Manik nandu come i made dinner for us come and sit.

By that manik and nandu both sat for dinner nyu made manik's favourite dishes and served all of them

All of them started to eat and manik was eating like he didnt ate for many years.

All of them saw manik and smiled and nandu also smiled a little seeing manik's eating but covered it up.

Nyu:Manik beta sambalke ur food wont go anywhere eat slowly.

Manik:Mom iam eating slowly only ok and why didnt u make my facourite payasam u know na i love it very much he said.

Nyu:Manik beta its dinner time if i make payasma now u will just eat payasm and leave other things so i didnt make it.

Tommorrow mrng i will make ur favourite payasm ok.

Manik:ok maa.

By saying that manik again started eating and suddenly he chocked and nandu immediately by seeing him chocking took the water glass and made him grink the water and rubbed his back.

After some time manik became normal and saw nandu caring for him.

Manik's pov:She still cares for me but pretending that she dont care for me i know she is still the same little rat but she hide that previous chirpy little rat and became silent nandini but mrs nandini malhotra iam also manik malhotra i will make u like previous nandini.

Nyu:Manik i said eat slowly now see u chocked.

Manik:sorry maa he said and saw nandu whose hands rubbing his back

By that nandu felt awkward and removed her hands from his back and continued to eat her food.

Manik by seeing nandu's awkward face smiled a little and continued eating his food.
