SEESAW
FADE IN:
1 EXT. PLAYGROUND-DAY
The WOMAN placed a Stick-O jar near the seesaw. Two kids watched and waited for her instructions.
WOMAN
O, kapag ubos na to, tapos na ang laro ha?
The little GIRL and BOY looked at each other and smiled. Both of them turned to the woman and nodded earnestly. They ran towards the seesaw and rode it. The playground became lively with their excited smiles and giggles. Their eyes never left each other as they play without minding everything around them. Time passed and the Stick-O jar is still full.

2 EXT. PLAYGROUND-DAY
The two little kids are playing at their favorite seesaw. They are both eating a Stick-O from the jar they always bring when playing. The Boy's side of the seesaw fell down with a thud. The Girl laughed while gazing at him from the higher side. He replied with a glare.
GIRL
Yan, ang bigat mo na kasi!
The Boy supported his weight with his hands. He stayed and looked at her from below, still with a glare on his face.
BOY
Mabigat nga, mas malakas naman kaysa sayo!
He suddenly left the seesaw, causing the Girl to fall down fast. She let out a scream as she descended. The Boy looked at her with silliness and teasing eyes. She glared at him with tears slowly building in her eyes. His smile slowly faded and the despicable look in his face quickly turned into worry. He approached her and tried to help but she just shoved his hand away.
GIRL
Ang sama mo! Nasaktan ako!
His eyes softened with unspoken regret and apology. Tears are also forming in his eyes.
BOY
Sorry! Hindi ko naman sadya eh!
GIRL
Hindi! Sinadya mo yun! Bad ka!
She hit his arm and threw a tantrum. He tried to stop her and voice out his thoughts but he decided to press his lips tight and say nothing. Slowly, the emotions in his face went out. He stopped trying to block the girl's hits and accepted everything. The Girl saw his face and cried harder. She stood and ran away. The boy didn't look at her as she left, instead he roamed his eyes around. He saw the still full jar of Stick-O. He stood up, opened the jar, and ate three.
3 EXT. PLAYGROUND-NOON
The teen Girl stared at the twin popsicle ice cream she plans to give to him. She made a deep breath and let out a small smile before approaching the seesaw but she stopped on her tracks when she saw the teen Boy on the seesaw. He was enjoying himself while walking on the top of the seesaw. Her smile faded as she watched him be happy by himself. He went down with a smile on his face. The Boy slowly lifted his face and found the Girl who's watching her. He was stunned but he still smiled. They stared at each other for a little while before he smiled. She slowly walked and stopped in front of him with an apologetic smile.
GIRL
I'm sorry.
He gazed at her lovingly and smiled wider.
BOY
I'm sorry too.
The Girl looked down in what she's holding, making the Boy look at it too. She opened it and tore it apart, breaking the ice cream into two. The other popsicle had more ice cream than the other. Her eyes went back and forth as she decided what part she will give. In the end she smiled and gave the bigger one to the Boy.
