" Emotions are the key to humanity and without we will be nothing but a husk of a body with out a soul" Alex Jones
I could smell her hurt, her anger I could smell ever bit of emotion the she tried so desperately hard to hide, and all I could do was watch as she hung her head aimlessly in defeat she had no idea of the darkness that has became her soul, or maybe she has realized the darkness that larks deep inside of her.
I search her face once more getting lost in her pale blue eyes she is lacking of color and I feel bad for the climate as we make our way back to the forstrees I knew of her favorite things which include Art, so I went out of my way to buy her a art studio not a big one like I knew that she had in the manor with Hades, but this one was small it was consisted of blank canvases and an art stool. paint and brushes which where in a neat space in the front of a room tucked away inside of a small basket.
I lead the way down many halls I took her hand in mine setting a semi fast pace we went through the servant halls which smelt of wax as we made our way through the dim lit halls only lit up by a wisp of fire.
I stoped pulling her around so that she could face me I was out of breath, but still I smiled at her and she grinned right back at me. "I got you a little something" I breathed glancing at the door that was locked mostly from peering eyes like my mother who has asked me numorous of times where I ran off to scolding me when I admitted I was with Maeve.
she hissed something under her breath before slamming my door shut.
I look at Maeve now who was staring in awe at the small room.
"It is nothing much" I said rubbing the back of my neck, but I could tell in her pale blue eyes that my gift was almost everything to her.
"Thank you" she breathed I could see it in her eyes although she tried to hide it well she was fighting back tears.
