With You 永远

Chapter Four

Lan Xue sat in his room looking over some music sheets as he sips on water. There was a swift knock on the door, Lan Xue looked up and made his way over grabbing his sword.  On the other side of the door stood his cousin, with his arm slowly falling to his side. Lan Sizhui pushed some of his hair out of his face as he says, "Come, your father is calling for you."

With that being said Lan Sizhui turned around and walked off towards his father's room, with a small sigh Lan Xue followed after. After what seemed like a long awkward silence they arrived at the room. When the two of them entered they both give small bows. Lan Zhihao sat in his spot, waiting for the two of them to arrive, he nodded his head in respect. Lan Xue stepped forward as he bowed his head again as he spoke, " father you wished to see me."

Lan Zhihao nodded as he laid out a map, and pointed at a hilly area, "A-yuan here says there is a large monster in this area, I plan on going with your uncle to deal with it. And before you ask you are not permitted to go, as there is a chance of other clans being there, and in case something happens to me you will be safe"

Lan Xue nodded and knew once his father said something there was no way to go against it, and if he tried he would be punished. Lan Zhihao nodded as he stood up and was about to leave but before he could there was a knock on the door. Lan Zhihao glanced at the door before he opened it, as he did so he gave the person on the other side a nod. One of the older disciples gave a quick bow as he said, "Young Master Lan Zhihao, there is a disciple from the Jin Clan here and he wished to have a meeting with you or the Sect Leader. " 

Lan Zhihao nodded and thinks for a second before he says, " I am about to leave for a night hunt, Lan Xue and Lan Sizhui will take care of them, "

With that said Lan Zhihao left the room but didn't go far until everyone was out of his room, once they were he disappeared heading towards the entrance of the clan. Once he was gone The older disciple bowed and Lan sizhui and Xue, they both bowed their head and followed him to the main hall.  The older disciple gave one bore bow, " Young Master Lan Xue, Lan Sizhui, the Jin Disciple is inside."

Lan sizhui and Xue both nodded before they went inside, pacing back and forth was a Jin disciple and once he saw the Lans he hurried over and bowed. "Hello young master I am a disciple of the Jin Sect, my clan is in danger, there is. a large amount of walking corpses coming at us. WE NEED YOUR HELP"

Lan sizhui lifted the other disciple before he said, "there no need to bow, and don't you have enough disciples in the Jin sect, plus two strong Sect leaders there or closer by. "

"Jin sect leader and Jiang sect leader left for a night hunt with a good amount of the disciples, our young master thought we should get help here, if you will help us," The Jin disciple spoke quickly, panic in his voice. 

"cant we help them A yuan," Lan Xue asked and he glanced at his family. Lan Sizhui thought about it for a second before he says, " We, shouldn't, your father said to stay, we can send a few disciples. "

"NO, my father says we can't help him with a night hunt, he said nothing about walking corpses, " Lan Xue says as he stands in front of his cousin. Lan Sizhuii shook his head no and turned around to leave, but before he could, Lan Xue jumped in front of him again and gave him puppy dog eyes. Lan Sizhui tried not to look but in the end, he gave up with a loud sigh as he says, " Fine we can go but if you get hurt you must retreat. "

Lan Xue nodded quickly before he hurried off to get ready for the trip, Lan Sizhui nodded before said, " we will get ready and meet you at the entrance. "

Lan sizhui left the Jin disciple stood there in shock, as he muttered "I never seen Lan disciples act like that. " 

The Jin disciples made his way toward the entrance to wait for the other two, he got lost a few times, but in the end, asked for help. Once he actually arrived he went and leaned on the tree, but as the time ticked on he started to pace.  Not long after two males dressed in white robes came down the steps, and behind them were four other people.

"Let's go," he told the older male as he walked past the JIn disciples. The seven young men dispersed on their way to the Jin clan for the upcoming battle. none of them knew how much this upcoming battle was going to change the fate of the Jin clan. Change the lives of the young masters, and the fate of these two clans.
