Dark room

Gender neutral, fluffy one-shot

You woke up in a dark room, so dark you couldn't see anything at all. As you sat up on what seemed like a bed, disoriented, you realized you were not on your own. Your breathing, which was getting faster, was not the only one you could hear.

"Hello?" you called out, unsure

"Uh- hey..." The voice was very close to you, uncertain. It struck you how low and... appealing it was (not to say seggsy af).

"Do you know what we are doing here?" The voice asked

"I have no idea, I don't even know where we are." You responded honestly

He let out a cute little laugh, the tension in the atmosphere disappearing instantly "Well we aren't quite advanced are we..." 

Suddenly, a metallic voice echoed in the room: "experience 018, starting now. This will end in 24 hours. Do not panic. Needed resources are to be found in the room." As abruptly as it had started, the voice vanished.

"Well I guess we have some time ahead of us... Should we get to know each other?" He asked, and even though you were in the dark, you could feel your cheeks getting redder.

"Sure! What's your name then?"

"You can call me Adam."

You and Adam talked for hours, the two of you just lying to each other, and everything he told you made your heart flutter. He was the sweetest guy you had ever met, and you loved his cute sense of humor.

"So you're telling me that we live so close to each other but we've never met??" You exclaimed

"Apparently. I mean we probably already crossed path but I don't even know what you look like so I could not tell you."

You taught about it. It was true that you had been talking to a shadow for the last few hours. You giggled.

"Could I... feel your face?" you asked

There was a pause. Maybe you shouldn't have asked that...

"Well I mean... you can"

You rolled over to your side slowly, facing him, and you sat up.

"Uh could you sit up too please? I don't really know where you are..."

You heard the sheets ruffling, and when he had seemed to stop moving, you reached out your hand into the darkness, and felt something hard.

*ITS NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU DIRTY FREAKS*

"That's my shoulder y/n."

"Oh ok sorry I had no idea where to start" You blurted out. Damn he was kinda tall hehehe

You got a little closer to him, and moved your fingers up his neck and to his face. You cupped it in both your hands, and squished his cheeks.

"Ow what was that for?"

"Sorry I could resist, they're so squishyy" you laughed, and you could feel him smile too.

You continued to feel his soft skin, and you were about to get to his hair when you felt a hand gently grab your wrist.

"It's my turn now."

You put your hands down, not saying anything, and closed your eyes. You then felt fingers touch your cheek ever so gently, leaving wherever they went a light tickling feeling. Time seemed to have stopped. You could now hear his breathing close to you, calm and soothing. His fingers brushed to your hair, discovered your face. He booped your nose, making you smile, and you then felt his thumb touch your lips slowly. Your heart started to beat abnormally fast. His hand now cupping your face, he leaned in and kissed your lips gently. 

"Could we.. do that again?" You asked shyly, a little stunned

He laughed his cute little laugh again, and you kissed him passionately.
