Corpse Husband - One shots

Eyeliner

this is a pretty popular one, but oh well, here's my take on it

You woke up as your alarm went off, stopping it mechanically and rubbing your sleepy eyes. You were alone in your bed, your boyfriend Corpse must have already gotten up, which was pretty unusual as he normally preferred to sleep late.

You rolled off your mattress, and went to the kitchen to make yourself some breakfast. Once again, you were alone. You started eating your cereals, scrolling through Instagram when you heard a frustrated scream coming from the bathroom, making you jump. 

You got up and opened the door, discovering Corpse lying on the floor, a makeup wipe in his hand.

"I give up. My life is meaningless." he sighed dramatically

You giggled and helped him up.

"What did you try to do this time?" you asked

"Uh- put eyeliner on"

You paused, amazed.

"That's the cutest thing you could ever say and do. I'll help you because I WANT to see you with it.", you said, super excited

"Okay beauty guru, teach me everything."

"Well actually I don't really have a real solution, I guess you just have to trust the process and hope that it turns out ok. Here, let me show you."

You took the eyeliner and sat down in front of him. You gently traced a line above his eye, and then leaned back to look at it.

"Eheh I got it! Your turn now."

"How the fuck did you even do that."

"Magic baby!" you said and winked at him.

He sighed and took the eyeliner, and tried to recreated what you had done on his other eye. To his surprise, he succeeded.

"Holy shit I did it! Damn I look good now!"

You giggled at his remark, it did suit him very well.

"You look better in it than I do, that's unfair!" you pouted playfully

"I don't think so, after all, you were the one that inspired me to do it in the first place." he told you, kissing you on the cheek.
