I'm ok but I'm not

Dani's P.O.V

I'm at the park with everyone sitting on a swing watching jude play with Isabella. I have to keep my guard up. My mom or my dad can show up at any time.

"Come play!" Ana said.

I want to play but I'm afraid.

"Come on, Dani! Everything will be ok!0 Jude gave me a reassuring smile.

I go and join them. We were all playing in the sand box. Mike was walking around being alert to put me at ease.

"This is fun!" I said with a smile.

19 minutes later

I was playing with Jude and Ana when something happened. Isabella had disappeared.

"Isabella! Baby!" I hear Ana yell, voice filled with fear.

Jude runs off to look for her. Ana and mike in a different direction.

I was scared. Like I'm ok but I'm not. Bows the time to be brave. I run off to go look for her. She's 1. Hopefully she didn't go far.
