Subdomiverse Universe: In the subdomiverse, every person receives a marking when they turn 22. The mark, is either 3 dots or 4 dots, and can be anywhere on the body. This marking dictates a persons rank. There are three possible rankings: Dominant, Switch, or Submissive.
Dominant: 4 dot marking - is the dom of the relationship, both sexually and in general - both male and female doms can impregnate female subs - female doms can be impregnated by male doms - can enter dom-space if provoked or threatened - can use dom-voice to order subs or threaten other dominants - most commonly male, but there are female dominants
- dominants are naturally protective of all submissives, as they subconsciously recognize sub-pheromones without any outward signs
Switch: 4 dot marking - a dominant that often acts or feels more like a submissive - switches can impregnate submissives, but only switch females can be impregnated - unable to enter sub-space, but can enter dom-space - can be the sub OR the dom in relationships - is most commonly female dominants, but there are a few switch males - dom voice does not affect switches - this is the rarest of rankings, and is not based solely off marking
- a switches' pheromones may be "sweeter" than the average dominant (which partially causes more submissive behaviors), dominants can subconsciously recognize this
Submissive: 3 dot marking - is the sub of the relationship, both sexually and in general - female subs can be impregnated by male or female dominants - only a small percent of male subs can be impregnated (only by male dominants) - can enter sub-space when threatened or dominated - unable to resist dom-voice - most commonly female, but there are male submissives
- if a submissive doesn't have a dominant for over a year, their body will release pheromones to push them into sub-heat as a method to attract a dominant
Bonding - dominants, switches, and submissives bond (claim one another) through marking each other's ranking mark. any ranking can bond with any ranking, but the most common is dominant x submissive
