Untold Familiars V.1

"Iced Matcha?"

"You're going to oversleep, come on princess-" Shouta crawls back into bed, trailing gentle, barley there kisses along the shape of them "Don't want to be late, do you?" he cups their cheek, pressing his forehead to theirs. Telia was not a morning person, not even on their first day of work were they willing to leave the warm comfort of their sheets "no. fuck off and die-" Telia grumbled, rolling away from their partner. their face was buried under the soft weight of the sheets. "after what you told me last night about your students...I don't want to-" they waved their hand, shooing Shouta away before slowly sitting up, they were gently shoved back into the bed, looking up at their partner "Hizashi is waiting for us, but if you really want to be late~" He leaned down, pinning their hands to their side, ghosting his lips along their jugular. Telia's breath hitched, letting out a soft giggle "she is going to hear us, knock it off!"  Before Shouta could respond with whatever snarky comment he had prepared, the solemn tone echoed in the apartment
"mom! Let's GO! were going to be late!!" Did Echo want to go to school? absolutely fucking not. was she eager to see Myris? yes, though she wouldn't admit it out loud. She waited downstairs at the front door, scrolling through her phone. Life was different now, it wasn't just her and Telia anymore; although she didn't like Shouta, he was easier to get along with than others. The teacher mainly stayed to himself. Echo was growing impatient, eyes rolling to match the dramatic sigh she let out, the student marched upstairs "Come the FUCK-" before she could finish her bold statement Telia walked out of the room, eyes narrowed with their arms folded over their chest "Come the what? huh?". They took a step closer before Echo mumbled a soft little 'oh shit-' and quickly made her way back downstairs.

After a bullet train to Musutafu, Shouta offered them breakfast before the first bell, earning a half-smile from Echo "thanks old man, I'm starved!" They walked into the small cafe that settled itself at the summit of the hill UA resided on. Felix peeked from the tower of boxes they carried, a fumbled "hello! Have a seat anywhere!" They carefully scurried to the back, setting the boxes down. Adjusting their apron, the vigilante rushed back to the front "Welcome! What can I get you?" Telia lifted their sunglasses "hey Felix" they shot them a playful wink before reaching over the counter to hug them. Felix's mouth dropped, the sound following mimicked a shrill of giggles "Telia you dummy! How are you?!"

They chatted idly, catching up on old times as Felix served them. Echo watched the interaction, observing. Taking mental notes of their behavior; they didn't seem all that bad. Her eyes glanced over at Shouta, watching him, he wasn't amused by their friendly behavior; he was jealous? Echo had looked at her phone, nearly choking on her tea "we're late!" Before the others could speak she bolted for the door.

Myris sat at her desk, waiting for the echo to arrive "where is she?!" She groaned, looking around the classroom. Myris started to bounce her leg anxiously, the sound caught her desk neighbor's attention "hey...I'm Denki, Denki kamanari!" He outstretched his hand, she sheepishly took it "I'm Myris! Its nice to meet you" they chatted, patiently waiting for class to start. Conversations were cut short as Aizawa entered the classroom, Echo followed behind him.

"As you might have seen, we have some new students and for those unaware they-" bakugou cut him off, yelling "well why the hell are they in our class?! Nothing but more extras to get in my way!" He sucked his teeth, eyes-rolling. This annoyed echo to no end, she moved from being Mr. Aizawa, eyes darted at the blonde "fuck you asshole, you're the extra in this story!" Rolling her eyes, she had set the tone for who she was. the class laughed at the angry blonde, only irritating him more. Myris looked at Echo, waving with her signature smile plastered on her face "come sit next to me!" Echo sighed, who was she to deny Myris of this simple request.

Telia soon arrived, her drink in hand "Good morning class, Welcome to the most intensive year of your life" a smug grin graced her lips, setting her drink down she leaned against the desk, arms folded over her chest. "My name is Telia, you may refer to me as such. as you may know, our school was subject to a vile attack, resulting in only two options; close the school or integrate. you have a few new classmates with you. i expect you to act accordingly or there will be hell to pay. If you assumed id be any less harsh than Aizawa. you thought wrong. Im a defensive techniques teacher, your only goal this year is to try and put me on my ass." 

Telia began walking down the isles, continuing her speech on expectations and evaluations. Kirishima raised his hand, looking terribly confused "Uh..Telia..what are you drinking" before they could answer Aizawa spoke without hesitation "Iced Matcha with oat milk-" the class simply looked at him, confused as how he knew. They sighed "For anyone wondering, I and Mr. Aizawa graduated the same year, we've been working together since before we joined our agencies. 

Telia knew this was gonna be a hard year; little did they know just how hard. Their phone rang, catching Shouta's attention directly. they quickly answered, walking out of the classroom, getting farther away from the door. clearly annoyed "what do you want, parasite?!" she hushed her words, listening carefully "yes, yes it worked. let me do my job.-" her voice carried softly as they became more aggressive with whoever was on the other line "it'll be ready soon..i just need to figure out which little brat became his successor-"

Shouta met them in the hallway after ordering the class to read a chapter or two "who was that?" he hushed, worried as to what upset them so much "just my dad, being annoying..you know how he gets when he's worried" she gently caressed his face, earning a soft kiss placed onto her palm "ill see you during training" he walked back into the classroom to find Echo being held back by Myris, Mina and Kirishima while Bakugou barked and howled at her, Deku trying to calm him down "Kacchan calm down, why are you so angry!" Bakugou shoved Midoryia away, getting into Echo's face "you're one mouthy bitch, you know that?!" before echo could connect the left hook they had ready for him, shouta grabbed them both, tossing them to opposite sides of the room "that is enough!" this was going to be a long day.
