//// third person POV ////
As the zoroark finished her story she look down at her cubs who were now sleeping soundly in her fur. Smiling quietly she cuddles them closer feeling them toss and turn in their sleep. Then giving a quick glance up into the dimly lighted crystal, falls softly into sleep as the crystals light fades and everything grows dark. The still darkness that ensued them were filled with dreams happy times, memories, adventure, but one stuck out stronger than the rest, one zorua dreamt of a mother and father, people he never really had in life. The only ones he relied on was his grandmother but even with her by his side he still felt a little lonely. He didn't know his parents, his father had died and his mother had left him while he was still a cub... Well a smaller cub then he was now. His dream was a recurring one, he dreamt of being in a grassy plain surrounded by trees sunlight beaming from the skies. A stream ran straight through the middle of the field separating the other side. He looked over the stream to see what he imagined his mother and father looked liked. His father looked big, and very strong like he could have been a leader. Then he looked to his mother a soft, kind, intelligent looking mother probably really supportive. Although he knew that it wouldn't last for long just as he expected both the parents disappeared leaving him all alone in a new terrain that's filled with dead trees, dead grass, and blackened water, along with a
Chilling wind that could freeze the tips of his hair. But this time he heard something different a voice calling out to him."Come find me..... Please...... I miss you" just by that he could feel his heart warm just a bit, but before he knew what was happening he woke up to being dropped in icy cold water.
"Whatwherewhowhenhow" he said jumping out of the water, his grandmother stared at him through the wide grin she had plastered on her face.
" Aaaahhh I see your up" she said trying to look totally innocent. Getting from out the water, he shivered as he felt the cool breeze from the air crash against his wet fur. Looking at his grandmother who is looking pleased with herself. With a heavy sigh he shakes the water off as best as he could and walks to her his mind still remembering what the voice said.
"What's wrong kiddo you seem off" she said with concern on her face. She looked at him for an answer what she didn't expect was when she looked at him was the determination burning in his eyes, it had got her wide eye.
" nothing just got a new goal to strive for and to do that I have to get stronger" he said, and with the biggest smile she's seen in years, he ran in to the forest to what she could guess was to train. In that moment she a flash of an image of her daughter until it faded back to her grandson running of to go train.
" he's going to be a great zoroark when he grows up just like his mother"
