Greattale - The Malediction

Part 5:Annoyance

In the laboratory, Greaty saw something surprising. There were cameras to observe the battlefield everywhere. Greaty saw Dunamiz there, killing any person he was seeing. Greaty was reminded of Gaster's death, and ran to the battlefield to avenge it.

Greaty was following the traces of blood, until he eventually found Dunamiz, encircled by humans. Dunamiz made a hole below these humans, which fell, then killed them by filling up the holes he created. Dunamiz then saw Greaty.

Dunamiz:What are you doing here? I would like you to not be in my way, I have to work.

Greaty:What work? Kill as most persons as you can, like you killed my father?

Dunamiz:Yes, it is the idea. Hearing your tone, it sounds like you are upset because I killed him. Don't take it for yourself, it was a work and nothing else like now.

At this precise moment, Greaty attacked Dunamiz with a bone. He teleported, created fiery swords and made them attack Greaty. Greaty blocked the attack with a range of Gaster Blasters, which fired, targeting Dunamiz. Dunamiz jumped, but Greaty turned his enemy's SOUL into blue, then, by force, sent him to the ground. The Gaster Blasters were firing for a long time and, at a moment, Dunamiz blocked them with an ice wall. Greaty stopped the fires, created a sharp bone, teleported himself behind Dunamiz and attacked him. Dunamiz moved to dodge it, but Greaty turned this bone into a gigantic and blue version of it, which touched Dunamiz whie he was moving. Dunamiz was angry and attacked with karma-filled swords. Greaty did everything to dodge them, but Dunamiz was sending him a lot of these. Some of these swords ended up transfixing Greaty, without doing anything to him.

Greaty, at the sight of these illusions, used the humans' weapons as projectiles to attack Dunamiz, but then, some of the swords transfixed Greaty, and the karma began to affect him. Greaty started to fell a bit weak, more and more swords were transfixing him. However, Greaty interfered with it, and tried to attack Dunamiz directly. Whereas Greaty was approaching Dunamiz, a very bright light was dazzling, immobilizing Greaty during seconds. Dunamiz then attacked Greaty with fire. Moreso, Dunamiz created fire all around Greaty and made swords rain just above him. Greaty needed to teleport, but Dunamiz, having predicted that, placed an ice box all around the place Greaty teleported on, then turned his SOUL into green.

Dunamiz:And voilà, you can't do anything.

Greaty:Go...

Dunamiz:Before you insult me, listen. I don't intend to kill you, besides, it would be useless to me. I am a mercenary, remember, I just do what I'm asked if I'm paid. Don't try to waste such power by fighting an enemy more powerful than you.

Greaty:I will kill you.

Dunamiz:In that case, I just have to teach you a lesson.

Dunamiz made the ice walls disappear, while keeping Greaty's SOUL green, then came very near of Greaty. His only presence started to make Greaty suffer, while giving him karmic retribution. Dunamiz left, freeing Greaty. But, not long after that, Dunamiz had a weird impression.

Dunamiz:Why are you attacking me again?

Greaty:It's automatic. It's because I was very hurt. One day, I will get my revenge.

Dunamiz teleported himself elsewhere, letting Greaty hurt.
