Salutations fellow bokoblins. Hope you all have enjoyed the first part of this mysterious prologue. Who could have written the strange note, and where are our George and the others located? Answers will be given soon. As for now, it's hunting time.

Phil POV

We close the cabin door and head into the woods to find some form of food.

Phil: "At least plants shouldn't be difficult, on the other hand, I wonder what kind of animals live here."

Thomas: "Most likely not any that we know of."

George: "Guys, quiet. I hear something."

We quiet down and stop where we are. We look towards the trees. We hear the screech of a bird-like creature. We see it soar towards us.

George: "I don't want to see that thing tear us apart. Get into cover!"

George and I get behind fallen trees, but Thomas is caught by the talons and is carried up.

Thomas: "A little help here."

Phil: "Oh for pete sake. Of course the bird goes after the one guys with no weapon."

George: "Quit whining and put your archery skills to the test. I have a plan."

Phil: "What?"

He pulls out some rope from his bag.

George: "Tie one end to an arrow while I tie one end to this tree."

Phil: "Oh I see now. Give me an end."

He hands me an end of the rope. I tie it to the arrow and knock it to my bow.

Phil: "Got mine done, you?"

George: "Aanndd done. I'll get its attention."

George makes a loud whistle and the creature notices. It flies towards us with Thomas still in its talons and I shoot the arrow. It flies into its eye as it lets out a blood-curdling screech. It lets Thomas go and he falls.

George: "I got him. I got him."

He grabs Thomas and slides on the ground. I shoot a few more arrows into the now pinned creature as it falls to the ground. I check to see if it is dead and grab my arrows. I walk over to George and Thomas.

George: "He has deep cuts from the talons. Let's carry him back home."

Phil: "Alright."

We carry him quickly, and carefully, back to the cabin. We put him on one of the beds. I get the medical supplies and remove his clothes.

George: "I'll get to work on moving the bird back here, as well as getting some plats for dinner. Good luck."

Phil: "Same to you."

George leaves the room and I begin to work. He lost a good bit of blood during the attack. Luckily this creature wasn't venomous, otherwise, we would be too late. As I work, flashes from the car accident pop up. The man was impaled with glass from the windshield, and I just stood there, freaking out, not even trying to help the guys. That is what got me into becoming a doctor. So patients like him and Thomas, wouldn't die by my hands. After a while, I finish up the stitches and put away the equipment. I leave the room to let Thomas rest, and go to the bookshelf in the main room. I look through and find a book on wildlife. I skim through until I find the creature. I read the passage.

Phil: "

Tericordia (Tery-cord-ia), Endangered, Herbivores.

A winged-creature indigenous to the Island of Terra. With an 80ft wingspan, this creature is dangerous to hunt alone. It has sharp talons and a strong beak. Many wonder why such a large creature lives in wooded areas, but many suspect it serves as a protected area for is young. The high trees serve as a protective space for the eggs. If the mothers die during the child's egg stage, then the baby will die soon after as hunters take their eggs and subsequently kill the next generation of the species."

I close the book and slap my hand on my face. I need to go back out and find this egg.

I grab some equipment and head outside. I see George setting up a fire with some plant and the Tericordia off to the side.

George: "How's Thomas?"

Phil: "He is fine."

George: "Then what is wrong? You look down."

I hand him the book and he begins to read it.

George: "Oh, now I know what is up. Let me guess you are going back out to find the egg?"

Phil: "You don't want me to?"

George: "No. I understand what you are thinking. Bring it back safely."

Phil: "Will do. Make sure Thomas rest ok. He needs time to heal those wounds. He can lay out here by the fire once he wakes up."

George: "Don't worry, you can always trust me."

I set off into the woods to find the egg. We made such a big mistake. I hope to correct it.
