Crimson

Chapter 1

All she could do was run. She didn't know how she got here but she's trying everything she can to get out.

It was so dark she could barely see but she could tell by the crunching under her feet that she was in a forest somewhere.

From the strong metallic taste in her mouth she knew that she had to stop running. She leans her back against a tree to stop her self from collapsing.

She herd a deep voice calling her but couldn't tell where it was coming from she turned slightly and caught a glimpse of a tall figure walking towards her. Dark red locks framing around his crimson eyes.

Panic started a set in as she sunk down to the ground covering her ears and screwing her eyes shut trying to escape, like it was a bad dream. But even doing that she couldn't drown  out the voice that was echoing in her ears.

Olivia. Olivia. Olivia

"Go away" she muttered trying to get the voice to go away.

"OLIVIA" a voice shouted which made her eye shoot open. Taking in her surroundings she was back in the small corner shop where she works.

"Olivia? Are you alright?" maddie her best friend who she also shares shifts with calls from beside her.

Olivia gulps before slowly nodding.

"I've been calling you for 5 minuets now. Did you have another one of you daymares" she asks placing a hand on her arm which startled her.

This is the 4th time this has happened to Olivia and there's no name of what is going on in her head. Even after late night researching to see if anyone has had it before there was nothing at all. The only way they can describe it is like nightmare but without falling asleep. 

"It's 8:25pm" maddie said looking at her watch "just go home now I'll cover for you last 5 minuets. Go get some rest"

Relief washed over Olivia as she started collecting her stuff before thanking her best friend. Then walking out onto the filled with nothing but empty echos.

The cold wind blew her skin making her shiver to the bone.

All she wanted now was to get back to her flat and get into bed.

As she turned a corner onto the road of her apartment block she bumped into a group of boys who must of been in there early 20s.

A burst of electricity shocks through her body as one of them brushes her lightly making her stop in her tracks and looking behind her at the boy who continued to walk. Turning slightly so he's eyes could search her.

The deep brown eyes of this stranger looked so familiar but yet again so foreign. She muttered a quick sorry. Just as he turned to look away she saw a light red shimmer in his eyes.

It's been 3 day since Olivia has bumped into the strange boy but she couldn't get him out of her head.

It was like there was a magnetic force pulling her to go out of her flat and look for him but she fort it.

It was 3:15pm and her shift started in 15 mins so she got her self ready and made her way out of the flat.

She took her usual route which including collecting a coffee from the small bakers 3 doors down from her work.

Olivia has been at work for less then 30 mins and no one had been in or out and she knew from that moment that her day was gunna be slow. Until

'Ding'

As the door opened and the stranger made there way in she felt all the hairs on her neck stood up on end like a cold wind blew past her but it was warm today so it couldn't be that.

After a 2 long minuets a tall figure was stood in front of the counter. Her breath hitched in her throat as she took in the appearance of the familiar boy.

His curly red locks were slicked back and a pair of fully reflective black sunglasses framed his face perfectly.

She stood up quickly and scanned the chocolate bar that he had earlier placed on the counter. "I-is that all for you" she stuttered.

He started at her for a second while cocking his eye brow. "I'll take 20 marlboro red" his deep voice had shaken Olivia to her core which caused her to stare at him for a second before rushing and grabbing the small box of cigs.

"That will be £12.20" she spoke not looking up at him. He placed a 20 on the counter before walking out.
