it was a normal day at the aspca cennal in new jersey, and quite frankly i love working their because i love animals mostly dogs. it was a thursday when a familiar face walked in it was an acward little person ive seen from school, i was sitting at the front desk at the front entrence waiting for something to happen when he walked up "hello, um im frank, um iero." he said all shy and stuff, i just sat there for a minute because ive never really saw his face before, he was hot "yes, how may i help you?" i asked him just staring at him "yes, um i saw the help wanted poster on the window outside and i brought in my resume." his voise was so sweet "oh, ok frank what experience do you have with animals?" i asked him questionalably "oh um ive got three dogs at my house that i take care of them all on my own, but i need a job or i wont be able to feed them." i looked into those brown eyes of his with his dark hair in his face, it was adorriable so i put out my hand for his resume, he gave it to me and i looked over it "how soon can you start?" i asked when i made up my mind "um. now i guess." he replied as i sighed and told himto follow me witch he did. "um ok can you handle feeding the dogs and cleaning their cages?" i said motioning him tourd the cages were the dogs stay "sure can maam." he replied "just call me kate, ill come and help you when i get done with your paper work." "ok kate." i nodded as i walked off, when i got back to the front desk i finished his paper work but didnt go back their just yet because i was thinking of something 'why does this shy kid from school that has never talked to anyone need a job, maybe he lives on his own, maybe hes really poor, kate just shut up you cant say much your a outcast jjust like him heck i cant afored new shoes hive had thees stupid converses since sophmore and now you at the end of junior so just dont critisize' i got knocked out of my thoughts by a hand on my sholder, it was franks "um, kate are you allright?" he asked all conserned "yeah im fine, um im done i can help you now." "um hey kate im done but is there anything else i can do?" wow hes really eager i thought to myself "how can already be done iv only been over here for a couple minuts?" i asked with suspition " um, kate youve been asleep for an hour." he said looking at me with concern "oh, um im so sorry, its just that ive been here since mid night and i was the only one here before you came in so im pretty tired, so sorry." "its ok if you want to sleep ill be more than happy to clean up around here or somthing." "no i cant sleep on the job, but ill help you with uor next task." i sad standing up and walking back to the dag cages "wow frank you did good in here, im imprest." "what are we doing back over here?" he asked like what the hell "well, dear frankie, when im the onlyone here i like to let these poor dogs out and run free for a little while." i said opening the cages

'that is so cool because she loves dogs, i love dogs omg shes so cute i wonder if shes popular, no she cant be popular shes always alone, i wonder why shes alone' "hey frankie, do you like dogs?" she asked me pulling me out of my state of trace "yeah i love dogs i wish i could have like 100 of them" *haha* "thats awesome i have two of them and there like my babies haha." she said all happy my next question supriced her "um, kate can i ask you a question?" shlooked at me and said "sure go for it." "um, well, um, at school, why do you always sit alone and look sad?" she looked at me weird then said "um, idk i just donthave anyone who gets me they dont see life the way i do." i thought long and hard before i said anything else but when i did it took a lot of courage, courage iv never had "well, i get you." "how?" she replied petting one of the dogs "well, you see kate, im a shy person and i get picked on, a lot and i dont even do anything about it but you see the thing is that the world is a bad place and is only going to get worse if someone doesnt stop it and stand up, i look at you and i see your pain, people egnore you and you egnore them." it took a huge amount of courage and gut to say that and i could see her break down then smile, she looked at me and kissed me i was shoked at first then gave into it kissing her back when she broke away she said "im so sorry i dont know what came over me, i just guess that you decribed me perfectly and noones ever did that before so i dont know why i did that." couldnt say anything because i just had the biggest grin on my face plus i was in shoke because ive never been kissed before and that was just purfect. "um, wow, that was awesome." i said before i thought "um, what?" kate said "um so sorry i didnt mean to say that out loud it just um, um, that was my um, first kiss." i sad with embarressment "oh, well then im sorry now youve got to say that the rest of you life your first kiss was with this outcast girl, so sorry." i dont know what or why i did what i did but i kissed her, and she kissed me back i was so happy. when the kiss was over she was as well speechless as i was "sorry about that." i said to her.
