Yeah everything's been so sucky lately
And no I'm not just talking about twenty twenty
This month marks the six month point since I saw you
On May 27th I saw a glimpse of your face at your son's party
But then you left before I could say hi
Mom tried to hide you from view using her body
But I still saw you get out of your car
And it hurts

You've been there since I was born
Mom says you've been doing a lot of bad things
But I know it's not you because Grandma says
'she's having an episode of bipolar disorder '
And I hope that's true
But I can't help but feel like your gone because of me
Are you Aunt T or Aunt gone

Two months later, back in July
Mom said you hooked up with another guy
She said you were getting divorced from your husband
But you were already pregnant with this new man
Now I know Mom says I won't see you much anymore
But I'll care for Baby Gracie like she's my whole world
She'll need support with a criminal father
And a struggling mother
But I still haven't seen you
And it hurts

You know, times are rough
School's been really hard
My friend moved out of the country
And hasn't even attempted to reach out
And my other friend, he's stopped talking to me
And my cousin, she tries to help but its not the same
And I can't talk to mom because she's part of the problem
She's been hating me for a while
But you aren't around to talk to anymore
So i guess I'll just bottle it up until I explode
But it hurts

I dont know why I always explain these songs but this one is about my Aunt T who left, hope you like the song. Also eventually I might update with like melody and stuff for different instruments, I play a clarinet so I'm trying to learn bass clef so I can write for my songs. Also this is part of my new album im writing titled "Life Hurts"
